So, in celebration of Once Upon A Time's Mid-Season Premiere, I will post two new chapters.

But the next one will be posted either tomorrow or the day after.

For now, I hope you like this one.

~5 Days Later~

~Mary Margaret's POV~

I sigh as I wipe down the counter of the island in the kitchen. I keep my eyes focus on the countertop and refuse to look at anything else. While I was busy doing my chores, David was currently feeding Neal, and Emma sits next to her father and simply stares at the table. Let's just say these past few days have been a tough one.

Henry still refuses to even talk, let alone look at either one of us. He's been cooped up in his library ever since that event. The only way he's been able to survive for that long was because of Granny. She and Ruby have been kind enough in giving Henry all the food that he needs. Even though he's mad at us, the only people he doesn't have a grudge on is them two.

I've tried to deal with all of this, but the idea of my own grandson hating me just kills me. None of us ever meant to hurt him. We were only trying to protect him. He doesn't know about the threat that's been running amok. If only he could just see our point of view, we were doing this out of love.

"How long do you think he is going to ignore us?" Emma asks.

"Well, he is your son," I start, "You held a grudge on us for your entire life."

"Yea, but that's only because I thought you guys didn't care about me."

"We understand, but Henry is dealing with some serious business."

"But, he's too young to be dealing with this kind of stuff."

"Says the one who decided to let his first crush break his heart."

"I thought I told Regina never to tell anyone."

"Well, Henry is old enough to make his own decisions. He knows the consequences of his actions, and now it's time for him to do things on his own."

"Do you even think he's ready to face these kinds of things?" David asks.

"He's our grandson. I know he's ready."

"But, with everything that's happened, do you think his trust is with the right person."

"He has the heart of the truest believer. If he really thinks there is good in Melod-"

"We don't even know if this girl is the real one!!" Emma spats out.

"That's because we let our judgement shadow our vision."

"What; you can't possibly believe that a dead person can come back to life."

"We don't know the whole story, but I think that girl is really the Melody I knew."

"How?" David asks.

"Because of the promise she made to us."

"What?"

"You didn't hear her?"

"I never heard her say the exact words."

"You have to read in between the lines, David."

"Okay; what are you two talking about?" Emma asks.

I sigh, drop the piece of cloth in my hands, and walk over to them. "A long time ago, Melody told us that if we didn't stop Regina from casting that curse then she would make sure that you had a good life; she would make sure that you would come back to us and break this curse. And on that day, she told us that she was a woman of her word. That's got to mean that she's the real Melody."
