Hey guys!!!! Sorry for the wait, but I've brought you guys another chapter (Actually, it's going to be 2 but I'll post it tomorrow since I have to study for finals and won't finish the chapter tonight). I just watched the 'Once Upon A Time' Winter Finale, and it was so amazing! Can't wait for March to come!!

Guess now is the time to start connecting some stories with each other. It's true what some people say; history can repeat itself.

Hope you guys like the chapter (Hopefully it's long enough to make up for the long wait).

~Tarza/Melody Flashback~

As the sun rose above the horizon, it seems like every life in the jungle rose with it. The sun continued to shine brighter and brighter and more gorillas began to wake from their deep slumber. With the clear skies and cool weather, it seemed like this day was going to be a beautiful day.

The second one of the sun's rays peeked through the leaves and struck Kala's face, she fluttered her eyes open, arising from her deep sleep. As her eyes were adjusting to the bright atmosphere and her mind was pulling back to reality, she began to notice that a weight was missing on her arm. She quickly becomes fully awake. She looked down at her arm, expecting to find her young daughter, but there was nobody to be seen. Her daughter was missing from her nest.

Kala began to fill with panic. Waking up to find your child missing is a horrible way to start one's day. Kala quickly begins searching through the small nest. She looked around the area by their nest and even decided to look under the small leaves; however, her search was proving to be a waste of time. But, there was no way that Kala would give up. She didn't want to think about the fact that the monster finally got ahold of Tarza. She couldn't bring herself to think that Tarza may've met the same fate as her late-son. How could Sabor get ahold of Tarza from right under Kala's nose?

"Tarza? Tarza!" Kala begins to call out. Fear was stamped in her eyes.

Tarza was definitely nowhere in her sight.

Suddenly, creeping down from a vine that hung beside the nest, a small, frail girl who looked to be about eleven years of age silently giggled to herself. She tried her best to keep her long black hair from brushing against Kala's body while she slowly cascaded down the vine. As she went down, her skinny arms slightly trembled as she tries to carry her own weight down the thick vine. However, the girl didn't have any trouble as she hung down; after all, she's done it before but her small body still didn't have as much muscle as needed. While hanging about, the young girl's brown eyes were set on the gorilla before her. She couldn't help but to continue giggling as Kala continued to search around.

Then, after Kala completed another 360 turn, young Tarza comes down to her mother's level, eventually hanging upside down, and hollers out an ear-pinching shriek, almost to that of a crazed baboon.

In response, Kala jumps and yelps. She felt as if she was about to get a heart attack.

Tarza laughs at her accomplishment. As strange as it seems, almost scaring your mother to death was something enjoyable to children.

Once recollecting herself, Kala gasps and looks back at her daughter, more relieved than angry at her. That's when she noticed that her daughter was completely upside down.

"I sure got you, Mama," Tarza says, stilling laughing at the prank she just completed.

"Oh, you sure did," Kala agrees.
