~Melody/Tarza Flashback~

After Tarza defeated the ruthless and awful Sabor, she was treated as a hero amongst the troop and everyone else in the Forbidden Jungle. Everywhere she went a crowd of animals surrounded the hero asking for the story on how she defeated such a dangerous creature, to which she would gladly recite. With all the gravitating attention, Tarza wasn't the only one who was overwhelmed by this.

Terk, at first, was annoyed by all the attention her best friend was gaining, but she soon decided to use it to her advantage. With Tarza's newfound popularity, the attention was passed along to those closes to her, so Terk was able to get a feel of what it felt like to be known throughout the jungle. While others surrounded Tarza, she was able to bypass all of the animals with ease just to get to her best friend. With Terk acting like such a diva, it brought Tarza a smile to her face. Though Terk would never admit it, she was excited to gain all of the attention; she was also glad that after all the work they've gone through Terk was able to help Tarza gain some respect.

Needless to say, Tarza finally felt like she truly belonged. She was finally able to prove to Kerchak that she was capable of living with the troop. She could be able to have a chance at a normal life with her family. She was finally one of the gorillas.

... But, sometimes destiny can be so cruel.

The gigantic ship was close enough to the near-by island to be able to send a couple of row boats along to shore. So, the crew set aboard towards the new land. After an hour of pushing through the waves, the group of men were finally able to reach shore. With that, a young man, at around the age of 20, hops out of the boat and sets his feet on the warm beach sand. He fixes his yellow jacket and brown pants, which bunched up against him on the trip over. Once able to stand without the motion sickness, he stood up straight and looked at the unknown land in front of him.

"Jean (***Pronounced John), could you help an old man off the boat?" An older gentleman speaks up from behind him.

"Of course, Father." Jean walks over to his father and helps him out of the small row boat. Once the father and son make it out of the water, they look out at the vast land. They wonder of the kind of things they will discover on their short expedition.

"Jean, what do you think we will discover in this land?"

"I do not know, Father, but I only hope we find some gorillas. That is ,after all, why we came here. We need to venture on our research. With any luck, we will find them soon enough."

"And, if you two, Mr. Porter and Mr. Porter, do plan on finding them soon enough, then we must be on our way." The two men look behind them and face the brawny man behind them, one of which was wearing identical clothing as Jean.

"Yes; of course, Mr. Clayton," Jean says, "Lead on then."

"Say Tarza," Tantor starts, "Weren't you afraid that Sabor would kill you?"

"Beyond, Tantor. You wouldn't believe how afraid I was, but I knew that helping Papa was more important. So, I had to suck it up and protect him," Tarza replies. Currently, Tantor, Tarza, and Terk were walking through the jungle. As often as they could, the three friends always enjoyed venturing outside of the troop to go on 'adventures'. It gave them some time to relax from all of the craziness they've been through.

"Yea, yea, you're such a Daddy's girl," Terk states.

"Hey!! Come on; were you gonna take on Sabor?"

"Heck no. I rather jump off a cliff than face that."

"Exactly, and guess what, I did you a favor."
