[Chapter 10] Amnesia

~Emma's POV~

"So, you think you can find Henry?" I ask Ruby, who was standing behind the counter in Granny's Diner.

"I probably might, but you said that he was transported using magic. I wouldn't hold too much hope."

I sigh, "Right."

"But, I'll try my best. Let me just get my coat."

I nod, and she heads over to the back room to retrieve her jacket. I let out another sigh as I turn from the counter and place my hands behind me and onto the counter. With each passing moment, I grew more and more worried for Henry. I felt like I let him down, and he could be in deep trouble. This situation was just stressing me out, and I need to make it right and fast.

With that, Leroy walks through the front door. "Hey, Leroy," I say.

"Sup, sister," he replies.

"What are you doing here?"

"What does it looks like? The dwarfs and I are here to help. Snow told us what happen and asked for our help."

"Thanks."

"So, what are we standing around here for?"

"Well, I'm just waiting for Ruby. We're hoping she can track Henry. Regina went to get one of his jackets that Ruby can use to track him down."

"And, if we find him with whoever that witch is, we won't go down without a fight."

"We'll see if we can avoid that but glad there's some reinforcement."

With that, Ruby walks back to us, wearing her jacket. "Okay, let's go."

We walk out of the diner, and once outside, I see the rest of the dwarfs outside waiting for us. We group together and walk towards the forest to meet up with everyone else who volunteered to help. As we were halfway to meeting the others, my phone suddenly goes off.

I jump, in response, then search through my pockets for my phone. Finally, I find my phone and look at the caller I.D. to find that it was Regina calling me. I answer the phone and place it next to my ear. "Regina? What's up?"

"I don't think we need to worry about finding Henry now," I hear her say on the other line.

"What why?"

~Regina's POV~

"Because, he's in his own bed," I reply. I stood by Henry's bedroom door as I look at my son, who was resting in his bed. I had planned on only getting one of his jackets to use to find him, but clearly, there was no use in having a search party.

"What?! Are you sure it's really him?" Emma questions.

"Oh, I'm pretty sure."

"Okay, um, I'll head over there right now."

"See you soon, then." With that, I hang up and place my phone in my pocket. I take in a deep breath as I watch my son rest in his bed. A smile manage to creep itself on my lips. I'm just glad that my son was back with me, but what still stayed on the back of my mind was whether or not he was alright and why would that woman just let him go.

~Emma's POV~

I put my phone back into my pocket. I was stunned that Henry was back in his bed, but I still need to figure out what was going on.

"What happened?" Ruby asks.

"Henry... He's with Regina," I respond.

"You sure?" Leroy questions.
