As soon as I saw Shawn, I ran up to the head of the bed and kissed his head lightly.
"You'll be okay," I told him although he was unconscious.
"He's going to be fine, we think," the doctor said to me from the side of Cameron's bed.
"Ok. Great," I tried to smile but couldn't while looking at Shawn like that.
"Dude, " Nash came over and rubbed my shoulder. "He's going to be fine."
"Sure," I looked at him and then back at Shawn. I had just met Nash that day but it was like he was a big brother. I also connected to Hayes as my little brother. They were great.
As I looked back down at Shawn and his eyes opened and he tried to speak but his eyes closed again.
"Shawn?!" I semi-shouted and shook his shoulder. I,then,regretted that decision.
