"What was that?" Robin asks.

"Th...That was Henry."

"What?!"

But before he could do anything else, I run past him and towards the direction of Henry's scream. In my view, I clearly see Emma's yellow car in the middle of the road. My worry quickly turns into outright fear. The only thing that could go around in my mind was that Henry was in front of the vehicle. I couldn't possibly go through that again. I can't lose my other child the same way again. I pick up speed and rush over to my son's aid. In a matter of seconds (at least I hope, everything just seems like a blur), I near the yellow Bug. But, what I am met with practically slows down time.

My breath hitches.

On one hand, I'm relieved to find Henry wasn't hit by the car and was okay, but what I saw practically shattered my heart. Henry was on the floor, tears falling down his cheek, tightly cradling onto an unknown figure for dear life. Crimson red was scattered about everywhere; on the floor, on the car, and on Henry's clothes.

Henry looks up to face me, "P-Please, Mom, h-help her." He moves the figure just enough for me to see her face. Her unconscious face, showing no emotions but only bearing the look of death itself. With that, memories from that day flood back into my mind. The day I saw my daughter lying on the cold stone floor, dead.

I cover my mouth and gasp. I stumble backwards, but before I could crash onto the floor, a pair of strong hands grab me and gently place me onto the floor.

"Don't worry; I'll go get some help," Robin whispers to me while I stay, shaking, on the floor. With that, he runs off to get help, leaving the three of us behind.

I had always dreamed of Henry, Melody, and I being together as a happy family. Henry would've finally had a best friend to grow up with. I always prayed that she would come back and my dream could become a reality. But, I never wanted our first moments together to be like this. I never wanted us to first come together with Henry just witnessing her death. This is not what I had hoped for; this was my worst nightmare becoming a reality. I was reliving the darkest day of my life.

But, if this woman was who I believed was Sabor, why did she just risk her own life to save Henry? Could it really be my Melody? But, how did she come back from the dead? What do I believe now?

~Melody's POV~

After what seems like an eternity in the cold and bitter darkness, I begin fluttering my eyes open, but the bright light blinds my vision each time I try to open my eyes. Even so, I continue to come back into reality. I couldn't let the darkness envelope me once again. There are things I need to finish. There are obstacles I need to overcome. With that, even with the blinding light blurring my vision, I was finally able to regain my consciousness.

As my vision comes back to normal, I quickly realize that my surroundings were just as bright as the light itself. Nothing but white was all I could see. Before I could begin to freak out, thinking I was actually dead, I start hearing a constant beep sound blaring beside me. I turn my head and notice the number of machines scattered beside me. I close my eyes and let out a sigh of relief; I wasn't dead. But, wait. If I'm alive, then where exactly am I. I'm not in the comfort of my home. But, with the bright surroundings and the large amount of machines beside me, there was only one possible place I could be. I'm in a hospital, out in the public eye. Who knows who saw me?

With that, I gasp and push myself up into a sitting position, only to quickly lie back down when a sharp pain shoots into my abdomen. I grasp onto my stomach and groan. The pain was unbearable. I don't remember the last time I've been in this much pain.
