Spark (Under Editing and Updating)

Chapter 57 (December 14th, 5:36 pm (pwt), Hunter)

I held Ella in my hands as she started to fall asleep, her little wings flapping slowly and her little brown eyes closing as I cover her up and walk over to the other people sleeping, one looking like me and one looking like Ella. Sighing I start to see one of them wake up and stretch, Lahela coming in and changing Flame into a butterfly while River is in a cocoon. I start to hear someone talking as Flame sits on the table, trying to overcome the feeling of being human.

"I -n't l-e th-," I hear someone say as Flame looks at me.

"Who is it," I ask until I realize the sound came from my hand. "Oh it's you Ella."

"Pl-se do- hur- -e," Ella says still sleeping as I tap into her mind, seeing her dream of her being barricaded in her school, locked in her Hybrid form.

"It's going to be ok, it's not real," I say as Josie walks up to me, looking at Ella.

"I don't know, she has been having the same dream lately, maybe she does need to go to therapy," Josie says as Lahela walks up also as Ella starts to tremble.

"Do- t-ke me aw-," Ella says as she finally wakes up. "Hunter, why did you tap into my mind!"

"I-I'm sorry," I say as I look down my head dropping, feeling small needles moving over my head.

"It's ok, but October is here today. Do you know what that means?"

"No."

"It means that she could hypnotize me and I'm afraid."

I sit with a passed out Ella in front of me, her wings and tail all on one side as she rolls onto her stomach. I look away from her and walk out of the room, trying to find Zap, Lahela, or Josie to break Ella out of trance. Ella's voice echo's in my head as I go back into the room and sit beside her, herself locked in her own mind as I also walk through her mind. From the corner of my eye, I see Josie and Lahela enter the room with Brianna and Maddie who was about to train with me and Ella.

"She's, uh, she's-" I start to say before Lahela cuts me off.

"I know but she's trying to wake up though October was using her to test her powers and somehow it worked."

"But Ella's a mind controller, she could prevent that right?"

"Yea but you see Ella might have switched off her mind control, or Oct might have," Brianna says. "To bad shes stuck in her mind."

"The passage way to her mind is blocked off so I'm stuck in her mind right now but I can't see her or anything. I hope Ava was here, she could probably get her out."

"I don't know what to say leader but she could be sleeping right now," Josie says.

I hold a puppy on my lap as Maddie starts to pet it, the puppy just looking at me with big eyes. The puppy then starts to bark at me but it feels like the puppy is trying to talk to me, it's eyes looking at me as I rub it's ears. Picking it up, I hear the puppy howl and I lean back, letting it sit on top of me.

"Sky, wake up or you will miss, um, popcorn that we cooked," Ella says, shaking me awake.

"Give me some of that popcorn! Now!" I yell as I see October also in the room.

I stand up and see October come up to me, walking slowly as she looks at me, making me feel sleepy. She starts to talk to me as Ella walks out, her mind still trapped in a cage as I start to feel my eyes glaze over. I start to feel my eyes close before I start to feel heat wash over me, the heat making me start to ball up before I feel 6 small pins on my face.

"Hello?" I ask as I can't open my eyes.

"Hunter, there is no need to ask who it is, just relax and drift off, you'll be fine," I hear October say. "Just go into your happy place and relax."

"I don't want to relax, I need to know whats happening."

"Hunter, I am just trying to get you to feel calm, it will help you. Now drift away."

My weight decreases along with size as I feel myself being lifted into the air, my eyes opening to see Josie holding me along with Ella, both of us being butterflies. October starts to walk to us as I try to protect myself from October's mind control/hypnosis, fearing that she could mind control me. October picks both of us up and takes us to the habitat, placing us in a leaf covered area.

"I want to go home and be normal," Ella says as two other butterflies join us; Flame and River.

"Hey guys, ready to help up us fly?" River asks. "October said she would ask you if you wanted to or not."

"More like mind controlled and forced us to and asked Josie to turn us into butterflies but I guess so," I say. "I really hate these changes when it isn't up to me. Ella do you know how to protect me of mind control?"

Ella sighs as she dips her head. "I don't, I'm sorry."

My mind flickers to a question I forgot. "Hey Ella, would it be fine if I asked my friends to join the group?"
