Spark (Under Editing and Updating)

Chapter 27 (December 1st, 8:03 am, Ella)

I lay down in the nurse's bed at the school and try to calm down, though I couldn't because I might have to go the hospital. I sigh because I'm bored to death in this room in this school and honestly, there was nothing to do in the nurse's office, not even math problems. "Can I have my class work, i really want to be productive," I say as the nurse comes into the room.

"Why are you worried about class work when you have a 90% chance of going to the hospital and most likely will," the nurse asks.

"Well I'm bored and I hate making up class work because I forget about it so if I do it now, I can be productive and not be bored."

"Well you do prove a point. I will call down to your classes and get your class work but if you start gagging again, then your going to the hospital, you've already have gagged 4 times already today and I'm worried about your ribs, it could be broken. But I'll call down right now," the nurse says walking into her office," also the water fountain is by the bathroom."

"Thanks and ok."

I roll over but quickly roll over to my old position as my upper body sent a needle of pain through my body. I look up at the clock, counting the minutes and seconds due to I was bored out of my mind. I see Zachary appear right in the door way to the room where I'm in.

"I'm sorry that Reese poisoned you and also kicked you in the ribs but I sense there is a time traveler around here," Zachary says

"Are you going crazy or something? Time travel is almost impossible," I say sitting up carefully.

"Look, I can't explain this all right now but I'm a time traveler and I wanted to say that at the meet, but us time travelers can sense other ones and this one I don't know but if you get a lot of future knowledge, a time traveler is around, gifting you that knowledge, that's how you knew my name and that Hunter was my bro during you birthday party," Zachary says.

"Ok but later can you explain the whole thing to me tomorrow?"

"Sure and I got to go, bye."

I heard the door to the office open so I looked out and saw my classmate Lahela walk in with my class work in her hand. I wave my hand to point her towards me and she walks into the room that I'm in and sits down by my feet, handing me my class work. "Ella, I have a big secret that I really need to tell you but I think it will have have to wait tomorrow even if your at the hospital. Tsneem told me you were in bad shape," Lahela says getting up and walking out. Wonder what that was for?

My stomach starts turning and it's making me feel sick but for right now I'm not gagging so I start on my ELA work which is telling the difference of a simple or complex sentence. I get to question 5 when my stomach turns again and the nurse comes in. "I'm sorry but your going to the hospital," she says as she gets out her cell phone which looks like an iPhone.

I wake up to see the glow of the city lights through the window and I can see the faint glow of the sunsetting to the west. I look down and see a bag of papers to my left on the floor with a pencil, pen, and a few letters on top. I look at the letters, most of them saying "Get better" or "See you tomorrow when I visit."

"Glad to see you awake, you've been here from around 8:45 and now it's around 8:00," Hunter says.

Wait, Hunter?

"How did you get here," I ask Hunter as I roll to my right and see Hunter laying on another bed.

"Car crash or should I say 'Clone crash'."

"Wait a sec, I'm going to finish my ELA work."

I finish my ELA work and notice I didn't have any Math, History, or Science work for tonight. "Done yet," Hunter asks me. "Yep," I say rolling back to my right.

"Well me and my dad were driving to here because were moving here to escape city life in Chicago, and also a better job for my Mom. But we or should I say my parents wanted the Baltimore hospitals and care so they choose Salisbury because it's kinda close to Baltimore and D.C. along with to Ocean City. So while we were at a red light in Salisbury, a group of clones broke the windows and started to attack me and my dad so the clones went into his seat and pushed the gas petal. A few seconds later we were in a pole and I have some glass in my arm and in my leg but I'm fine now," Hunter says.

"Wow, that's hard to believe," I say.

"Yea and I have lots of cuts on my arms now along with a cut on my leg, however my dad doesn't have any cuts."

"Hi guys," a lady's voice says in the doorway.

"Momma K!" both me and Hunter say.

"Yep thats me, I was just checking up on you two, I will be back in the clan tomorrow by the way," she says.

"Well we have a slight problem that you can fix maybe," Hunter says.

"Whats the matter."

"Well long story short, Ella is now a Hybrid so can you see if she's not having any sicknesses in the future."

"Yea, so we now have two Hybrids in the group I see now."

"Yep."

I wonder, who was the second Hybrid?

"Oh and Ella, your dad is coming soon," Momma K says.

"Ok anything else," I ask.

"Yea, I saw a message on my desk and it said 'Supercell knows your secret, 457' and I was like, 'Ella should know about this.'"

"Well I'm trying to still figure that out but ok," I reply.

"Well I'm out for now, see you two later."

"Bye," both me and Hunter say.
