Me, Hunter, Colleen, and Ella were the only ones in the room after the others left for reasons they knew. Ella turns into her second form and starts rolling back and forth. I lean on the countertop and what till the others come back.
I look around the room and try to pick up everyone thoughts about plans, though no one is really thinking about it,not even Hunter. I pick into Ella's thoughts and see she is also dreaming. "Can you wake up Swimer?" I ask.
Nothing happens.
"Wake up Swimer," I say trying to shake Ella awake.
"Grr grr grr."
"We need you Ella."
"Wait a sec," she says turning into her human form.
The others come into the room and Isabella walks up to me with a "does Ella need help" face. I hug Isabella when I see Ella get up from the bed and stretches her back. Boy was this going to be a long day, and I could tell. I pat Isabella on the head. "Now now, everything is going to be alright. Did you forget that I was a mind reader?" I ask her.
"Ye...yea," she says with her "fire eyes" on, "sorry."
"It's okay, it's easy to forget."
Time freezes
"Why Hunter? Just why?" Ella sends.
"We need a plan and I think I know one," Hunter sends.
"Well what is it? She's coming in in like two minutes," I send.
"Ella will act like a decoy on the bed, Gaby and Colleen will tackle Reese if anything happens, but if not, don't do anything till I say so, and I will take care of most of the fighting," Hunter sends.
"Why me as the decoy?"
"Because your... well... decoy-ish."
"Hey is my dad anywhere in the house?" Ella sends.
"Nope, but Hunter lets un freeze time and go to our hiding places," I send.
"Oh and all the others hide," Hunter sends.
Time runs.
"I will freeze time for more plans," Hunter says.
I rush to the closet, put myself inside, leave a little opening, and see Maddie, Isabella, Ava, and Brianna leave. Unable to speak because of fear, I lean back to the wall of the closet and hope for the best. I look at the clock and watch the seconds go by.
Two minutes passes by and still no Reese, till the door opens and the destruction happens. Reese starts tossing over figurines, clothes, and a TV if I recall correctly and none of them what so ever break. "Weak," i mutter, "even in rage."
"Excuses me but what did you say... Gaby," Reese says walking up to the closet and tries to open it.
"Got you covered Gaby, keeping the door from not budging," sends Ella, "the door has water in it."
Reese gives up on her mission with me and walks over to Ella and throws a punch by Ella's already hurt ribs from a few nights ago. Ella, balled up to protect her ribs and maybe her life, tries to kick her, yet time freezes in the middle of the kick.
"Ella, go for defense even though your not too good at it. Gaby and Colleen, tackle her. I will do what I need too," Hunter sends.
"K," I send back looking through Hunter's plan in his mind, "your plan will work, Hunter but what if she escapes my grip?"
"Then we need a new plan after that."
Time runs.
Ella's leg follows through on the kick and knocks Reese over for about a minute. I watch and hop out the closet and tackle Reese who started getting up. Her fists ball up. The battle is about to began.
