Spark (Under Editing and Updating)

Chapter 49 (December 6th, 12:20pm (pwt), Ella)

"I didn't know I was sleeping, uh 3 songs played so thats at least 12 minutes, really 13 because it took me 1 minute to fall asleep," I say as I sit up.

"Are you sick or something because your falling asleep really easily when you didn't before? My future self said the same thing about your future self sleeping."

"Hibernation?"

"If that's it that would explain why both of you are so sleepy if it happened every other season. Are you going into REM?"

"Not for me, it's kinda like a sleep where there's nothing but I don't really mind, it feels good when I wake up."

"Do you like coffee? That could wake you up," Hunter says helping me up.

"Never had it but Hunter I can't stay this way for long, I hate being altered or a GMO, it's starting mess around with my mind set," I say as I go into Human form.

"How?"

"It's just making me have a fear and I know you have a solution but I don't have a solution, my bracelet doesn't stop me from changing."

"Ask Lahela or your future self to make your headphones or bracelet into something that keeps you in your Human form."

"But yours is different, you were from injection and blood, mine was by force and blackout."

I sigh and drop my shoulders forward, backing my back up to a wall and sitting down again when Hunter change into his Hybrid form, picking me up by using his mind and making me stand up. Mallory comes in and rushes to me, rapping her arms around me, her hands touching my wings making me purr like a cat. Hunter then smiles at me and sits down and takes off his sunglasses, rubbing his eyes before putting back on the sunglasses.

"Can I braid your hair Ella?" Mallory asks me as she lets go, me retracting into my normal form, sitting down at a table.

"Sure, I don't mind Mallory," I reply as Hunter looks at me.

"Ella, can you hear me? Look I need to talk to you because your about to sleep again," Hunter sends to me as soon as he sends it to me.

Was this really the world in which I would have to live in if I didn't win, metal bars and patrols walking around the halls, myself a ghost as I looked down the not see my feet, a girl that looks around 13, her face with bruises and cuts. She looks at me, her eyes mirroring my eyes but something was off, they had fear as I turned around to see a boy using a hand to pick her up and whack her at the metal bars in the room. She looks down and sighed as her back starts to whack the bars, her arms grabbing ahold of the bars as she falls to the ground, the boy coming closer to her, yelling insults at her, her eyes not producing tears in which she would be crying.

"Your not like this," the girl yells at the boy with an altered which that didn't match herself.

"We aren't friends anymore, I have my duties and your our prisoner who is so stupid that wouldn't even use your own power to switch my memory back but you can't because Master has an elemental shield around your room, meaning that your role less, powerless, and worthless," the boy says also with an altered voice, his eyes a fire red. "Look prisoner, just be glad that your still alive, I had a bad feeling about this building today and you might want to follow us tonight, if it was up to me you would be fighting against us 8 hours a day in the cold."

"I know the real you is in there, I just have to find the way to let that you out so that you can pull down the shield down so I can at least entertain myself."

"Oh is this all about entertainment because I get a lot of it every day."

"I just wish you weren't like this because your not like this."

"Well news flash but this is the new me, be glad it was my idea to give you 3 meals a day and have you not handcuffed," the boy says as his eyes seem to fight each other and in a faint but audible cry I hear the boy say in an un altered voice "I'-m st-ill here, plea-se don-'t lo-se hop-e."

Hunter

I wake up sweat as my future self looks over me along with Hunter and his future self and Mallory. My legs start to shake as my future self comes over to me, placing a hand on my back as she tries to calm me down Hunter starts to cheer me up. I smile a fake little smile and look down into my lap, myself going into Hybrid form and shrink down.

"Now look, what ever you did made her terrified and she shrunk down to one inch tall, what happened?" Hunter says as he picks me up and covers me.

"It was about the future world you would be going to later today, it was earlier this morning but your future self in February was hitting Ella's future self in February against metal bars," my future self says.

"Ella transfer that memory to me."

"Ok," I say as I start the transfer and Hunter shakes and starts to sweat.

"We have to save them?"

"I think so."

I sit in my chair, my mind and heart racing at fast paces as I start to feel pains up my spine and then to my head, trying to turn me into my Hybrid form which I just got out of. My back feels like it's twisting knots as I place my hands on the table, trying to get a grip of my Hybrid form since my bracelet and headphones now have the same powers of Hunter's bracelet when before my bracelet only made me blackout when I was angry or keep me in human form for only a minute or two. I start to feel a flash of heat wash over me as I focus on my task at hand, besides this was only part of the stage of getting used to it.

"Hey Ella it's end of break," Hunter says. "Back to the show."

I sigh. "Well the break was hibernation and pain for me so I'm glad we have to go on stage."

"Well let's go."
