(We are back with Sphintus for a little! I'm excited already (^♡^)!)

Sphintus took a step into the police station. It had been two weeks since he last seen Koe and he was nervous. Would they ever find him?

"Back so soon Mr.Danse?" The lady at the front desk asked.

"I've told you before to call me Sphintus, and of course I'm back." Sphintus said haughtily.

"Ok, Mr.Sphintus. And I've told you before you don't need to come back every day. The police will call you if they find anything." She replied with just the same haughtiness. (I know that's not a word...)

"Let me talk with the chief. Call Maël now." Sphintus demanded, ignoring her smart remark.

"No need to call me." A tall woman said. She had short black hair and green contacts.

"Hello Ms.Maël!" Sphintus bowed his head slightly and gave her his best smile.

"Hello Sphintus. Long time no see." She said sarcastically.

"I know, it's been days." He replied with the same sarcastic voice. In all truthfulness he had seen her just yesterday.

"Come with me." She motioned for him to follow, had they found something?

They walked in silence down a hall with multiple locked doors. A few pictures decorated the walls after every few doors. Sphintus' favorite one said 'Never Give Up' that was just what he needed to see. Something to reassure him.

They stopped at one of the last few doors and Maël opened the door. Sphintus immediately frowned.

"Why in the world did you bring me here." (=_=') He asked an annoyed look on his face.

"I thought you might be hungry!" She said with a teasing smile.

-(=_=') 《 Sphintus' face.-

"What is wrong with you!?" He asked. He was hoping she would say 'everything.' But his dreams did not come true.

"Absolutely nothing! You're lucky I'm still helping you find your brother! Be grateful!" She said angrily. (=~=)

"WHY SHOULD I BE GRATEFUL WHEN YOU HAVEN'T HELPED ME AT ALL!" He cried.

She just glared at him after that remark.

"I was going to tell you something about your brothers case... but maybe I shouldn't now."

"What? No tell me!" He demanded.

"Why should I tell such an ungrateful brat something so important?" She demanded him to answer her.

"Because this something important will help me find my brother." He stated truthfully.

She stared at him for a second before sighing then letting out a small smile.

"So persistent...are you sure you think of him as just your brother?" She asked with a sly smile.

"What do you mean?" He asked suspiciously.

She just laughed and waved away his question.

"Oh, never mind that!"

He frowned.

"So what do you want to tell me about Koe's disappearance?" Sphintus asked.

"Oh just that there's no way to find him." She replied nonchalantly.

"What do you mean?!?!!" Sphintus was shocked she would say such a thing.

"He is stuck in another dimension...I know this sounds unbelievable... but the only way to get him back is to go to that dimension and get him back yourself."

"And why should I believe this?"

"Because it's the only thing you can believe." She stated.

Sphintus thought for a moment, is that really the only way to get Koe back? And...what if he couldn't find Koe? Then would he be stuck there forever?

He made up his mind.

"I'll do it." He said determinedly.

"Good...let's get you ready then...shall we go now?"

He gave her a small nod, this was going to be the most important thing he had ever done.
