Light remained silent. So again Koe asked,

"Light, tell me. Why did you say not yet?"

"I can't tell you..." Light refused to make eye contact with Koe.

"Why not!" Koe knew he was being harsh, and that Light had his reasons for keeping quiet... but he couldn't help but yell at Light!

Light was surprised that Koe had yelled at him, and even more surprised when he felt tears fall from his eyes... he didn't like it when people yelled at him.

Koes eyes widened. He hadn't meant to hurt Lights feelings...

"Light I'm sorry... but please tell me why you can't tell me!" Koe kept the stern tone in his voice but said it with much less force.

"Koe.... I can't.... so just leave me.... continue until you get to the end if the room.... there someone will lead you to Night.." Light sniffed every few words trying to stay calm.

"What do you mean room? We're outside." Koe said with a puzzled look on his face.

"No we are not. We are most definitely inside." Light had regained himself and sternly stated that they most definitely were NOT outside.

Koe didn't exactly understand what Light meant but before he could ask, Light disappeared.

*Sigh...* Koe started to walk in the direction Light had pointed him in. He stared at the flowers, for some reason it seemed like the same pattern continued to repeat itself. Red red, yellow, blue blue, yellow, and purple. And none of them grew above a certain length. It was weird to him, like they had been planted then some how frozen in time.

He reached out to touch one of the red flowers, and he was filled with shock.

They were fake.

Just fabric petals and plastic stems... and what Light had said earlier about this being inside made more sense.

He stared at the clouds for a second. They were fake too, an elaborate attempt at making a room beautiful. And it had worked..

Koe walked for what seemed like hours, and his legs began to feel like lead.

He heard a familiar laughter as he sat under a 'tree' that he had seen a million times before.

Koe looked around for the source of the laughter, but with no luck.

Then he heard it again. Koe was confused it seemed like it was coming from every direction...

Then something fell on his head. One of the plastic leaves had fallen on him... he looked up and sure enough there was the culprit.

An elaborate man Koe had never seen before jumped from the tree and landed nimbly in front of him.

He had curly blonde hair tied back into a ponytail, he was extremely tall, wearing a fedora and a purple coat with fur surrounding the collar.

"I'm here to guide you towards the answers you seek, and your unavoidable destiny!" The man said with an excited look plastered on his face.

"Umm... ok? But... um... who are you?" Koe was so confused...

"WHAT! DID LIGHT FORGET TO TELL YOU I WAS GONNA GUIDE YOU!" The man yelled, then he began to pout.

"He said someone was coming but... he didn't tell me who..."

"Oh that makes more sense! I'm Libellule. It's an absolute pleasure to meet you, Koe!" He had a huge smile on his face, showing his sharp teeth.

Koes eyes widened and he almost couldn't hold back a scream.

Libellule cocked his head to the side and asked,

"What's wrong?"

"Your... your teeth..."

"What about them?" Libellule asked.

"Why... why are they so sharp!" He tried to stop himself but he couldn't help but cry out in surprise.

"Because I sharpened them."

Koe was absolutely shocked, why would anyone do that?

(Libellule is probably one of my favorite characters because I feel that if I was a guy anime character I would look and act like him)
