Will's Flashback

Will was pacing Piper's room, waiting for her to tell he could go downstairs.

I hate you.

Don't you get tired of saying this?

Don't you get tired of possessing a body that doesn't belong to you?

Piper saved him from the argument, slipping inside the room and closing the door right behind her.

"So?"

"Okay, Percy, Annabeth and Reyna are waiting on the couchs, Jason is giving a ride to Hazel, Frank and Leo. Nico just got here"

Will felt his heart skip a beat at hearing that.

"And how is he?"

"Sad. Introvert. I think he misses you"

Wait a second, who's Nico?

Ignoring you.

"Do you think he'll understand?"

"I don't know, Will. You're the one who knows him best. If someone could predict, it would be you"

"I haven't seen him in a week! A lot can happen in a week! I can't predict anything!"

"I know! I know, calm down, don't get so worked out"

They heard the doorbell.

"Okay, the others just arrived. We'll come down, you'll stay hidden behind a door and only come inside when I open it, got it?"

Piper opened the door and he walked inside. It was good to see so many familiar faces, after spending a week with a cheerleader screaming inside his head.

"Well... how do I say it... 'She' knows about us"

I'm not a SHE.

Well, I look like a SHE. A fabulous and amazing she, by the way.

It's a shame you're such an annoying and distasteful she.

HEY!

Will could see that no one looked directly at him, they only spared a glance of a second, just to focus on Piper again.

"Well...'her' name is Will, and she is our Will. Our friend Will, demigod, son of Apollo. Just like us but... he's in a girl's body"

Will looked at Nico and tried to transmit everything in that stare. How sorry he was about being a girl, even if it wasn't his fault; how worried he was about Nico; and how much he missed his company.
