After Rafe goes back home, I shut the door and sit down on my bed. I hear a vibration coming from my pocket.

TEXT MESSAGE FROM TOPPER

Topper: Hey Madison, I'm throwing a rager at my place tonight. Can you make it?

Shit, I don't know if my mom will let me go out tonight.

Topper: Just sneak out then, she'll never know!

I think about it for a little, eventually coming to a decision.

I'll be there.

Topper: Cool, I'll ask Rafe too. It's at 10 pm, invite the pogues.

Got it. I'll see you tonight!

Topper: See you tonight!

I have never snuck out before, but I'll risk it tonight.

I set my phone down on my desk and go to my bathroom. I take a quick shower and get dressed into a casual outfit.

I grab my phone, remembering to invite the pogues.

Hey guys, tops throwing a rager tonight and he asked me to invite you guys, you wanna come?

John B: Yeah, I'll go. I was gonna go surf but their's no waves.

Kie: Shit, I can't go. I'm still grounded after I stayed out past curfew last week.

Sarah: I'm going, top invited me himself. I was going to text you but he told me he already invited you.

JJ: I'll go, i could use a drink.

Cool, I'll see you guys there!

Great, everyone's going to the party.

I head back into the washroom to blow dry my hair and do my skincare. I put on some light makeup and straighten my hair.

I check the time, making sure i leave at 9:30.

9:20 pm

Shit! I have 10 minutes to leave my house, I'll sneak out my bedroom window. My mom and dad definitely won't see me.

I grab my purse and check my makeup for the last time. I open my bedroom window as quietly as I possibly can and climb out.

I put the key in ignition and start to back up out of driveway. I put on some music and drive to topper's house. ——————————————————————————
Mission accomplished! Not bad for someone who's never snuck out before.

I arrive at topper's house and park my car in front of his place, I get out and walk to his front door, knocking loudly.

This music is so loud I can hear it even with the door shut..

I am pulled out of my thoughts when topper opens the door, "Madison, glad you could make it." Topper says, giving me a friendly hug.

"Thanks for inviting me, top." I thank him, smiling. He opens the door for me and I see what looks like all the people from figure eight.

It obviously couldn't be every single person from figure eight, but I wouldn't put it past topper. ——————————————————————————
"Beer?" Topper asks, handing me a cup. "Yeah, thanks." I say, taking a sip of my drink. I see John b waving to me through the crowd.
