It's only been a day ever since the incident, but it feels like it took forever for it to end. The scars that both Logan and Amira received reach the extremes of both that can endure even today. Scars that if a hundred years come to pass, even if everything has been settled, they will stick for longevity.

Especially when it concerns the matter of fixing the view of others, who even after everything, may never forgive both for what occurred, and their numerous mishaps along the way up to that point.

With those two out of the picture, things will take a more complicated turn for everyone involved.

As the sun rises to shine through the EW's tent in the back alley, those nearby still cast themselves in the shadows while Jack and Andrei sit down near the entrances in slumped positions, eyes closed and breathing, likely due to exhaustion in trying to stay awake during the night. For them, it may have been a matter of time before Logan and Amira settled on the mission and then headed back and tried to fix things around so that there could be better coordination next time.

But as soon as their eyes open, a very different outcome is set upon them and the rest.

Jack in particular slightly raises his head the moment the sound of footsteps is heard from a distance, a few miles away from his current position with Andrei. Andrei stops snorting a bit as he yawns a bit while stretching his arms. He first tries to pat Jack on his left shoulder, but he stops short of it as soon as soon as his eyes dart into the direction of two running figures heading their way.

"Wait, you're seeing this, man? It must be..." Andrei says in a throaty tone, only for Jack to raise his hand and merely nod in response to what Andrei implies.

"Yeah, 'fraid so," Jack replies, his eyes still narrow yet his tone raising a bit over the sight of the two figures.

Said figures look like they're running in a very frantic way, with each step sounding heavier than the last the closer they approach, with their breathing frantic and ragged, with one clutching a gleaming sword hilt on their right hand, a familiar one at that with all the golden plating and such. All while wearing gloves stained in dirt.

"Seiner and Tany...? But where's Logan and Amira?" Andrei asks as his eyes widen while the figures turn clearer.

For Tany in particular, her hands clench and unclench at her sides, her fingers itching on her staff as she breathes heavier by every second, her eyes looking puffy as well as a trembling chin. Her near-narrow eyes by contrasting Seiner's wide ones prove that this is one ordeal that's taking a hit on their psyche, where as soon they reach the tents right in front of Jack and Andrei, she kneels and starts sniffing a bit.

"Sorry... This is the best we could find..." Seiner says as he hands over Coraggio with his trembling hand at Jack, who keeps staring wide-eyed at it while Andrei glances at both Jack and the two, even taking a quick breath as the implication reach to him.

"He's... He did not make it... Did he?" Andrei asks at Seiner.

"I said it's best we could find... That's all..." Seiner says as Jack grabs Coraggio, staring at it for a bit before clenching it for a bit while Tany weeps, still on her knees while wiping her face from the tears.

"I should have done something... Even if Seiny didn't want to rush it... But we still screwed up!" Tany says in a breaking tone.

"To be honest... It was unforeseen, especially from how much Amira had so much to bottle deep within her," Seiner replies without glancing at Tany, yet still shakes his head for a bit while clenching his fists. "Even with... Him in it."
