"Le." I smile at her

"Hi, livvy." She says but looks at the girls. "Are these?" She begins but stops mid sentence as she sees me nodding.

"These are mine and lessi's daughters." I tell her, proudly, as she just looks at them.

"Oh, my god. They're beautiful, livvy." She tells me and Lottie starts crying once again.

"Would you like to hold her? She might actually calm down if you hold her. She's a crier she is." I laugh slightly and Leah hesitates.

"I've never picked up a newborn baby." She admits

"First unbuckle her out of the seat. The easiest way to do it, is to put one hand under her head and the other under her bum and pick her up." I explain and she does what I say. "There we go. Look she's stopped crying straight away."

"What's their names?"

"The little girl I've got is Maisie, and the one you've got is Charlotte." I tell her

"They're gorgeous names. They suit them." She smiles as Lottie yawns. "How are you and less? Finding it easy?"

"We're okay. Both tired. Like exhausted. But it's all so worth it when you get to wake up knowing that there are two baby girls that you can say are yours." I say

"I bet. How did all the girls react when they saw them?"

"They were all shocked. We hadn't told them we were coming back yesterday. They were all so excited but scared. I don't think anyone spoke for a good minute when we first walked in here. They were all so shocked and scared to even speak." I laugh

"Hey, baby." Less says from behind us.

"Hi, my love. What are you doing?" I ask her

"Sarina said I'm allowed a break to come check on the three of you." She explains and sits next to me and Leah, hugging Leah before she sat down. "Hey, Leah."

"Hi, less. Congratulations."

"Thank you." She smiles and looks at an awake Lottie. It was unusual for them to be awake. They were normally awake for thirty minutes out of the whole entire day.

"She's got your eyes." Leah tells less and I nod in agreement.

"Both of them do." I add. Lottie starts to cry a little and I get her bottle out. "Baby, can you please feed her?"

"Of course I can, my love."

The three of us have a short conversation whilst less is feeding Lottie before she had to go back out to training. Leaving just me, Leah and the girls again.

Leah leaves shortly after to go watch the girls train.

It was extremely hot today, so I didn't go with to watch the girls train.

Me and less were planning to watch the sunset tonight with a few others and we were, of course, taking the girls with us to watch that as it would be a bit cooler.

The last few days have been the most stressful, but the best, days of life. We're so lucky to have you, Lottie and Maisie. Me and mummy love you so much 🤍
