"She's gonna lie to you here." Less warns them as we continue to laugh.

"So, less had already been with the under 15s for a while and so when I joined, she already had so many friends. In my opinion, she was one of the big dogs. Everyone knew her. I mean, I think I fell in love with her straight away and so I definitely wanted to be friends with her. I became friendly with Georgia on my first day and she introduced me to less whilst having lunch, and that was the first time we met. Anyway, after lunch, lessi gets up with her left over food on her plate, she trips over the table and falls to the ground. In the meantime of her falling, her food goes all over me and my brand new, white Nike trainers." I explain

"I didn't trip over. That's a complete lie, I was pushed. It was roebuck who pushed me."

"Anyway, like two days after that, she comes and knocks on mine and G's room, G was in someone else's room at the time, and so I open it, and less was standing there with a Nike box and inside was a new version of my trainers. She felt so bad for ruining my trainers that she went and bought a new pair for me. I think that was the first step in falling for her. It was such a nice gesture, that wasn't needed, but she still did anyway. After that, we just became inseparable. Every minute we could, we spent together, and after a couple of months, we went on our first date. And nine years later, we're married and I couldn't be more in love with her." I finish and less kisses the side of my head.

"Aww, look at you both. We've actually got some pictures of you both, along with one of Tooney from when you were younger." Abbie says and puts the pictures up on the tv.

One was of me and less, cuddled up, asleep, on a bus. We must have been about sixteen in that picture. Another one  was of less kissing my head, near enough identical to what she had just done, and the last one was a picture of me, less and Ella on our first night out.

Me and less burst out laughing at the last photo.

Between us three, it had always been a joke about how bad Ella's makeup had been done.

After a good minute of me and less just laughing, we finally stop and explain what's going on in the picture.

"Just before we explain, can I take a picture and send that to Ella? She's always said how grateful she is that this picture isn't online and now it is." I question whilst laughing, and Joelah and Abbie nod.

I send it to Ella and told her the pictures gonna be all over the media now.

"Basically, we've got this group of us from the youth age groups, like 11 of us, Lotte, stanway, roebuck, and then a few girls that aren't here yet, but we're called the good peeps, it's been our name since we were 12/13. And we'd all come down to London for our first like night out. We were all like 18 apart from liv and Ella, who were still 17, they were the only one who was sober by the end of the night. But anyway, it was a big night out, and Tooney had gone—" less starts but gets cut off by an angry Ella walking towards us.

"—I thought you were joking. It's really up there. Oh god." Ella laughs, out of breath from running here. "Get it down."

"Come sit down, Tooney. Explain about your makeup." Abbie says and Ella sits next to me and less.

"I had gone to get my makeup done professionally in Manchester. A train down to London with my makeup done, and I looked like that." Ella says

Again, we all have a minute of non stop laughing.

"So if we have a big night after the final, are you gonna dig that out?" Abbie asks Ella

"I think we've glown up." Ella tells me and less

"We sometimes just look back at that picture and just laugh loads." I explain

"I can tell. You were near enough crying then." Joelah points out

"Anyway, I'm gonna leave you again. I thought you were kidding so I came to check. No more embarrassing pictures or stories please." Ella states

"There's no promises." Abbie jokes and Ella walks away

"Them other pictures are cute though. That one of us on the coach was when we were about sixteen. We were at the under 17s World Cup in Jordan." I tell them

"That is super sweet. I feel like your families must be really close as well. Like are they going to the games together?"

"Oh, definitely. My mum and Liv's mum are best friends. I mean, in our families, my mum and Jane are more iconic than us. To be fair, I think everyone's families, since the under 15s, have been close. They always went to matches together. Yeah, they've on this journey with us which is lovely. They also love it." Less responds

"They're having a blast. But you two, so you got married, you're now both taking part in a major tournament, which is in England, goals for the both of you, sold out Wembley on Sunday, surely this is like the best summer ever."

"I don't think it gets much better, does it? Especially doing it with less, Lotte, G, tooney, roebuck. I mean, everyone, but it's just special doing it with people who we've experienced everything with. From playing in the under 17s World Cup, to playing in the final of the euros, it's crazy to think about."

"Just mentioning you going through the youth age groups together, and now you're here in this amazing position, inspiring the next generation. Are you like really taking that in right now? Especially you, liv, being captain, you've been in the public's eye for a while now and you've definitely inspired so many young girls around the nation, has it sunk in?"

"Um, yeah I think it's crazy to think all these girls that are getting to see this on the big stage. As a kid, I would have dreamed of that and I think the access and the media attention of it all has been amazing. It's hard because we don't see ourselves as role models because in our minds, we're just normal girls really, but to see what we're doing to the nation is just a bit overwhelming and it's just so exciting for them to know that they've got so many opportunities now that they can go on and do just what we're doing." I say

"Yeah, it makes everything 100 times better when we see the little girls in the stadiums and everyone getting involved in football now but yeah, we're making history. It's really touching and that's what we set out to do, to make the nation proud and inspire the next generation and I think we've done that so we're just so happy that we've had all this support and we just want to keep inspiring even more." Less continues

"So, Alessia, the last time we had you on the show, we had that picture of you playing for Bearsted and obviously you had a bit of a full circle moment because on Tuesday, you met a young girl who played for the club that you played for." Abbie explains

"Yeah, I saw her sign as we were doing our lap and I saw that she said she played for bearsted and I knew then that I wanted to give her my shirt. It was just a small little club that wasn't from a big area so to see her out there supporting was so nice." Less says

"Well, it just so happens that we have a young Nancy on the line right now. Hi Nancy." Joelah reveals

After a small chat with nancy, joella and Abbie also reveal that me and less are going to be doing a quiz of some sort.
