"How did this even happen?" He mumbled, trying to figure out a time when they would've missed protection.

"We won't have an idea till we know how far along I am." She shrugged. Sidharth nodded. She seemed alright, she didn't seem like she was having a breakdown on the inside or anything. But she sat in their balcony couch aimlessly.

"Are we ready for three kids?" She muttered, letting out a breath of disbelief.

"No. But... I don't even know." He said, genuinely confused.

"Kal subah doctor ke paas chale? What the hell do we do now?" He asked.

"We.... Just deal with it... I guess. Aur kal nahi hoga shayad baby... Itne saare kaam toh hai... Phir office bhi jaana haina? Inventory dekhna hai... Agar next two weeks ke liye ingredients nahi hai toh mangaana bhi hai." She listed out.

"No... Don't worry about that." He shook his head.

"Sidharth... I can't stop and freeze because of this... Naina ki shaadi hai kuch dinnon mei. Tu mama hai uska... Let's.... Push this... Till the wedding is over. Then we'll go to the doctor." She said sternly.

"No. Pagal hai? Check up karana padega na? If you're still really early... Prenatals, tests.. sab kitne important hai." He sighed.

"Fine... Let's go early in the morning before anyone wake up." She nodded.

"Aur yeh dono?" He asked, nodding at the kids.

"Neetu di ke paas chod deh?" Shehnaaz wondered.

"Should we wake them up so early?" He mumbled.

"Usually iss situations mei Naina kaam aati hai... Sidharth! Mai kya karungi agar woh shaadi karke busy ho jaayegi toh?" She pouted. He let out a little chuckle and kissed her head gently.

"Woh Milind se shaadi kar Rahi hai... Aur woh aadha dinn yahi pe pada rehta hai ya phir office mei. Don't worry." Sidharth snorted.

"But still... Mujhe jab bhi zaroorat hoti hai toh woh bhaag ke aati hai... Aur hum dono kitna ghoomte hai... We spend so much time together... It won't be the same." She mumbled.

"Abey yaar! Itna kyu soch Rahi hai? Let's take this one thing at a time. We'll let the kids sleep... Raju ko rakhenge yaha unke saath... And we'll go and come back early." He finally said.

"Par ghar pe kaam?"

"It's okay. Sabko coffee chai thoda late milega toh kuch nahi jaayega." He scoffed. She nodded, laying her palm on her stomach and rubbing it.

"What if it was a false positive?" She muttered.

"It is what it is then, baby." He shrugged, wrapping this arms around her and pressing a kiss to her cheek.

"Baby... Tu hai andhar? Ya phir mujhe ullu banaare ho?" She asked her belly. Sidharth chuckled, placing his own palm on top of hers.

"Is this even real?" He asked.

"It feels so unreal. Tujhe pata hai? Ever since I had these two... Kabhi kabhi irregular periods hoti hai... Aur maine isse pehle two times Li hai test just to see.... Iss baar bhi Maine aise hi leli thi... Because I want feeling so good. Maine socha phirse negative aayega as always... Lekin bro!" She shook her head in disbelief.

"You took tests before this too?" He gasped.

"Yeah... When we had sex for the first time after Adya was born... I did it out of panic... And then two other times when I felt sick." She chuckled.

"Anyway... You have a very very fertile wife. And either you or I need to get tied or snipped after this." She giggled.

"Hum dono ne ki hai." He frowned, almost offended when his swimmers didn't get the due credit for causing this third pregnancy.
