Y/N POV
A few days have gone by and training has intensified. Diana, locking the gym door each time we train, lowering the possibility of any possible disruptions, which drives Natasha mad. Speaking about Natasha, she and Diana have kept their distance from each other. The two of them only grow to hate each other more. Natasha's jealously, which I had thought to be impossible, has only gotten worse. Taking me out of the room if Diana walks in, making sure Diana and I are never truly alone.

"Diana its 7pm...we've been training all day," I let up on my stance catching my breath. She looks at me with a stern look, "I don't care," her voice cold.

God, what's her fucking issue?

Scoffing at her response and attitude, "this is ridiculous," pushing past her, grabbing my water bottle. "Ridiculous?" her tone annoyed, her eyes burning a hole into the back of my head, "If you think for one, goddamn minute that I am about to let something fucking happen to you," she steps closer, worry flashes across her face. "Diana, everyone's going to be there this time," I put a reassuring hand on her shoulder, seeing goosebumps form on her arm, I quickly pull my hand back walking back to the mat.

"I understand that everyone will be there, but-"

"I'll be fine, Diana." interrupting her, laying myself down on the floor closing my eyes.

"You think that Y/n. But, I don't trust others. Which is why you'll be with me the whole time," I quickly open my eyes turning my head to the side, I open my mouth to protest, only to be shut down by one word, "don't," she points at me as she walks to the gym door, unlocking it for the first time since this morning.

I throw my hands over my eyes, drained from the agonizing 12 hour day. Letting my eyes finally relax, desperate to rest them for only a few minutes. I can hear soft footsteps approach my side, with Diana sighing, "you're really strong Y/n I never doubt that for a second. I know you can protect yourself, it's just...I can't imagine anything happening to you," I shake my head, removing my hands that cover my eyes. Diana keeps herself knelt down beside me, her face showing nothing but care. I close my eyes again, sighing, "I'm going to wake up one day in bubble wra---" I get cut off with the door opening, hearing a familiar raspy voice.

"Baby? Are you okay?" Natasha rushes over. Both women now hover over me. "Hmm, yes. Just tired." I close my eyes again, wanting to disappear from the tension between them.

"Hey idiot!" a deep voice causes my eyes to open looking past Diana and Natasha. I see Yelena standing at the entrance waving me over. "Come with me," I roll my eyes at her eagerness, slowly getting to my feet. "Detka, you should rest," Natasha utters softly, helping me up. "I'll be quick," kissing her soft lips, feeling her smile into it. "You better be quick," she whispers, moving in for another. "Can you stop?!" Diana hisses pulling me away from Natasha. "I'll see you tomorrow, Y/n," Diana stands in front of me pulling me in for a hug. I feel Natasha's hand grabbing my arm, "that's enough, Diana,"

"Awkward," Yelena says as she yanks me away from both women, dragging me out of the room.

"Jesus, Y/n," she chuckles pulling my arm down the hall. "Don't ask" I sigh, "so.... what are we doing?" Changing the topic. "You'll see.." she drags me into the elevator, watching her finger pressing the top button, raising an eyebrow, "Why are we going to the roof?" I question her, watching her roll her eyes in response.

Once the elevator reaches the top we walk out, opening the door to the roof. "Wow..." I whisper, looking past the compound forest, seeing the city lights shine dimly in the distance. Yelena steps forward, "this is where I come to think," she says. We both take a seat safely on the edge of the building looking out towards the city. I hear her sigh, causing my attention to shift to her.
