Screaming woke me up, and I turned toward the source.
Iris kept moving around shouting that it hurts. When I realized it was a nightmare I tried waking her up but failed.
Jumping out of bed I pulled open the door, Zeus sprinted into the room when I ran out toward the only person I knew that could help.
Arriving at the wooden door, I ran in without knocking but seeing my best friend shoved deep into a random girl I regret all my life choices.
"Fuck man!" I yelled out placing my hand over my innocent eyes.
"Get dressed it's an emergency!"
Well, they were innocent.
Hearing him get dressed I made sure they both were fully dressed before I opened my eyes.
Remembering why I came here in the first place I grabbed Carter's arm, dragging him along.
"Let go fuckhead" Carter pulled his arm out of my grip while shoving me away.
Pressing me against the wall he placed his arm over my neck keeping me in place.
"What the fucks is wrong with you?" he yelled in my face.
"Iris is ha-" I tried explaining but he cut me off before I could.
"I don't fucking care if it has anything to do with Iris," he said while removing his arm.
Shaking his head he turned around when the blond bimbo kept calling his name but my words seem to snap him out of whatever state he was in "She's having a nightmare and I need your help to calm her down!".
Cursing under his breath he started walking in the direction of her room.

Cursing under my breath I turned around, I couldn't just leave her to drown in her horrible dreams.
Yet it was only a dream so it couldn't be as bad.
"Carter baby where are you going?" Ashley called out from my office door.
Ignoring her irritating voice I saw Michael following me but for some unknown reason I wanted him to stay behind so I could have a few moments alone with her.
