I JUST FOUND OUT CINCO DE MAYO JUST MEANS 5th OF MAY.

*facepalm*

Cinco means 5. De means of, its the same in french. And Mayo is not mayonnaise, its May.

In French, cinco de mayo would be cinq de mai. But it doesn't have the same ring to it.

Like "Jaws" in french is
<<Les Dents de la Mer>>
The french just killed that title.

<< are quotations in french.

I wonder if french make weird sideways finger gestures instead of the normal ones to describe a quotation...?

HOLD, THIS IS ABOUT SPANISH PEEPS.

"Cinco de Mayo commemorates the Mexican army's unlikely victory over the French forces of Napoleon III on May 5, 1862, at the Battle of Puebla."
