"JAMIE!!! JAMIE!! MEG!! MEG!! WAKE UP! WAKE UP! HE'S BEEN, HE'S BEEN" Screamed Otea, running into our room, jumping up and down.
"MUM, DAD, WAKE UP WAKE UP! HE'S HERE!!!"
The adults in the house groaned. JJ got up and stretched, throwing me my dressing gown. I slipped it on and walked with JJ out of the door.
"Merry Christmas" I greeted JJ's parents.
"Merry Christmas love" they replied.
As we walked downstairs, we saw Otea sat around her presents underneath the tree. JJ and I sat on the floor with her, watching her tear open all of the things we'd got her. I think her favorite present was the barbie doll that JJ got her when he went shopping in London while in the show. It was then time to give Otea her special gift from JJ and I. We got the envelope and handed it to her together. Inside the envelope were the tickets and a letter from Cinderella.
"What's this?" She asked.
"Open it and find out" We said excitedly.
JJ had his arms around me and we both couldn't stop smiling as we watched her tare the envelope open. As we watched, she pulled out the letter and began to read it out loud.
"Dear Otea, I hear you've always wanted to come and visit me here in Disney and come and see the castle where I live with my Prince Charming well now you can. Thanks to your friends Jamie and Meg, You're going to be coming to see me and all my friends here in Disneyland Paris on Thursday. I can't wait to finally see you and meet you. Lots of love, Cinderella xx"
As she read through it, her eyes widened and her smile grew bigger and bigger. She looked up at JJ and I, our smiles as big as hers. Running towards us, she tackled us with hugs and kisses, knocking us backwards.
"Thankyou, Thankyou, Thankyou" she cried.
Running into JJ's arms, he picked her up.
"Are you excited" he asked.
"I'm going to see Cinderella!" she squealed and hugged him tightly.
The whole family, laughed. If you think Otea was excited, JJ and I were just as bad. We'd always been massive Disney fans so to go together for the first time would be amazing.
It was then everyone Else's turn to open their presents. JJ's mum opened her perfume from me and gave me a massive hug, JJ's dad opened his aftershave and gave me a hug too. I received a gorgeous necklace from them and some lovely perfume from Otea. I handed JJ his present.
"Oh, no, you shouldn't have...I...erm...I haven't got you anything"
I looked at him shocked, it was Christmas and he hadn't got me anything. I glared at him until he bursted into giggles of laughter.
"Go get ready, and i'll take you to see your present"
"Take me to see my....wait what?"
"Just go do as I say..."
"Open that first" I demanded.
He unwrapped the paper, placing it on the floor. He carefully opened the box and picked up the golden watch.
"Meg, you...you shouldn't..."
"I figured the other one was getting a bit too small so I figured that you might need a new one"
"Gold though..."
"Matching you're shining star"
He pulled me in, giving me a big hug and a kiss. I ran upstairs, getting ready for our Christmas meal. I curled my hair, letting the loose curls hang over my shoulders. I slipped on another red dress, not the same one I wore to the party, a different one that my dad got me. I stood in the mirror, dusted myself down, put my coat on and met JJ at the bottom of the stairs.
