Onyx's POV
"I'm sorry. I'm still confused. Why are you so calm? I'd be upset if, I found out a relative died."

She moved her nightgown down a bit.

"Onyx...I swear I'm fine."

I looked again. Her breasts were exposed now. I put my hands on them. I started playing with them.

"You do know that, I'm going to worry about your mental health, right?"

"Do I have to choke you or something?"

"Uhhh. Why would you'd choke me?"

"You're starting to sound like me."

"Now you know what it feels like."

She started running her fingers through my hair.

"I love you. I don't want, anything bad to happen to you."

"I love you. I don't want, anything bad to happen to you too. Goddamn, I love playing with these."

"Onyx look at me."

I looked up at her.

"You'll know if, I'm not okay. You know how to tell."

"How do I know that, you'll tell me if, you're not doing well?"

"Onyx...you and I..we don't keep secrets. We're open books. We trust each other. We tell each other every singe thing. It's just who we are. Is there something wrong?"

"Not that, I know of."

"Are you...questioning your self worth again?"

"No. I'm not. I-I'm starting to see that, I am good enough."

"Good."

She started kissing me.

"Hey, can I go check on Mal?"

"Yeah sure."

We put our clothes back on. I got up and walked to our bedroom door and opened it. I started walking to Malakai's room. I saw Marionette sleeping in his bed with him.

Okay that's just precious.

I went back to my room and got Primrose. After I showed her that, we went back to bed. I woke up when I felt someone jumping on me.

"Daddy?"

I opened my eyes and saw Malakai sitting on me.

"Yes?"

"I wanna go to the zoo!"

"Oh? The zoo? Have you ever gone?"

He shook his head.

"The lady didn't let me."

"Did your sister tell you about this?"

"Mhm!"

"Okay. I'll go talk to mommy. I smell waffles. Is she making any?"

"Yeah!"

"Alright. Go play with your sister."

He jumped off me. He ran away. I got up and walked downstairs. I found Primrose in the kitchen. I walked up to her then, slid my arms around her waist. I kissed her neck.

"Morning."

"Morning Nyx."

"Our son just asked to go to the zoo. Did you have any part in that?"

"Huh? No. I actually didn't. I did hear him and MJ talking about some animals. That make sense why, he asked to go."

"So what do you...think we should do?"
