Primrose's POV
"I'm so scared Rosie."
"I bet. I am too. We don't know if Alister is like Paul. There's no way we can know. Love it's okay to be scared. You're a person. You have feelings. Go be with your little girl. What's she doing right now?"
"S-she's watching a movie and playing with her dolls in our room."
"Go watch it with her and play with her."
"I-if I take my Xanax, I'll get tired."
"Then take a nap with her. Snuggle with her. Tell her, you love her. Do everything you can to help her get past this."
He started hugging me. He burrowed his face in the crook of my neck. I started rubbing his back. He broke down.
"Shhh. It's okay."
His body started shaking.
"Onyx I'm serious. Go to her."
He screamed into my neck.
"It's okay. Let it out."
I started staring at Alister.
"Baby go to your daughter."
"Uhhh. Should I leave?"
"Nope. I'm not down with your ass yet."
"How did you go from, having a panic attack to mama bear mode?"
"You'll understand when you have kids. They come before everyone and everything. Onyx Stone go relax. Please. Take your medication. If it makes you tired then, take a nap. I'm sure Marionette will take one with you."
I kissed him.
"She's fine."
"I-I still have to worry about Cooper! Christopher didn't find find yet!"
"Don't think about that. He'll be found soon."
I kissed him again. He stopped crying. His face was now tear stained. He started taking deep breaths.
"There we go. Do you feel any better?"
"A little."
"Good. Go upstairs. Do you think you need your medication?"
"I-I think....I-I'm fine."
"Great. If you feel like you need it, please come tell me."
I kissed his neck.
"It'll be okay. I swear. You've got me around now. I'll help protect Mari too."
"Please don't me go. I'm begging you. Do not let me fucking go!"
"Shhh. Shhh. I won't."
"I almost lost you already! T-that terrified me!"
"Onyx, baby go upstairs. Don't overwhelm yourself again."
He let me go. He ran up the stairs.
"Does that happen a lot?"
"Why do you care?"
"Ummm...you're engaged right?"
"Yeah."
"So technically he's my family too."
"I don't accept you as my family yet. That'll take a long ass time."
We sat back down.
"Why'd you come back?"
"I-I feel awful."
"Good. You should."
"I'm really sorry."
"As of right now. I still hate you."
Onyx's POV
When I went in my room, I saw Marionette sleeping. I laid down next to her. I moved a piece of hair out of her face. I kissed her forehead. She opened her eyes.
"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to wake you."
"It's okay! I wanna snuggle!"
I held out my arms. When she was in my arms, I wrapped them around her. She started adjusting herself.
"I love you daddy."
"I love you too princess. Is there anything else that's wrong that I need to know?"
"No."
She started playing with my necklace. She yawned.
"Daddy? Do you feel better now? I heard you crying."
"Yes. I'm sorry if that scared you. You know how I am."
"It's okay!"
She started snuggling with me more. I started rubbing her back.

We both shut our eyes. We fell asleep. I felt someone running their fingers through my hair. I opened my eyes. I saw Primrose laying next to me.
"Hi baby. How do you feel?"
"Much better. Thank you."
She kissed me.
"How's Mari?"
"She's okay. How'd things go with Alister?"
"He talked me into having dinner with my mom and Matt."
"Oh shit. When's that?"
"Tonight."
"Would you like me to go with you?"
"Yes please."
"Okay. What time?"
"6:30. I-it's 2:45 now."
"Ah. So we have a bit of time. Is MJ coming?"
"Elise is going to be there so, probably."
Around 6:15, Primrose started to panic more.
"Baby relax. It's okay."

We got ready then, when to Katrine's house. Primrose froze when we got to the front door. The door opened. We saw Katrine.
"Princess go play with Ellie."
Marionette ran away.
"Rose? It's going to be okay."
