Primrose's POV
I kept wiping tears away.

My baby...

"Uncle Calvin? Do me a goddamn favor. Tell me why, you brought your ass over here?"

"Chris talked to me. He told me, how much I fucked up."

"So you thought, you'd try to fix it?"

"A bit yeah."

I scoffed.

"You honestly thought, that'd work?"

"Yes."

"You're so dumb then."

I sat down next to Onyx.

"H-how bad is this?"

"Very bad."

I noticed he was still hyperventilating. I put my hand on his chest.

"Deep breaths. You know what to do. Shut your eyes. Focus on what makes you happy."

He went to open his mouth.

"I have a feeling that you'd try to say this. Onyx she will be here when you wake up. Your little girl isn't going anywhere."

His breathing started to slow down.

"Mari? How are you?"

"Worried about daddy."

"Sweetie he's okay. See? He's calming down. He's probably going to see tired for a bit."

He stopped hyperventilating. He sat up.

"Better?"

"I-I'm sorry."

"No no. Don't be sorry. It's not your fault. It never is."

He jumped back.

"W-what's be doing here?! I-is he taking her?! Please don't let him take her!"

"Woah. Woah. He's not taking her. I was not lying to you. I never was. Rest. You're exhausted. I see it all over your face."

He gulped.

"Onyx, baby it's okay. He'll be outta our house in just a few more minutes. Stay here. Snuggle with your daughter. You both, need it."

I kissed Onyx then stood up. I walked away.

"I'll be downstairs."

"You're such a meanie!"

I turned around. Marionette was sitting up.

"You hurt me and my daddy and my mommy!"

I just looked at my uncle.

"I wouldn't mess with her. She's literally a mini Onyx."

Marionette ran over to us. She kicked my uncle.

"Marionette! That was not nice!"

"He hurt daddy more!"

"Princess come back over here."

She kicked my uncle again. She ran back over to my bed. Onyx helped her get on it. I walked out of my room. I left the door open. Me and my uncle walked downstairs. I crossed my arms.

"Let me guess. I still can't see Joey?"

"No. You can't."

"Why?"

"You know why."

"Really? That prick is your reason? Don't talk to me. Don't look at me. Don't even contact me at all. Stay away from me and my family. Get outta my house. Go to hell."

"Are you sure, your father is going to like the way you're talking to his brother?"

"Leave. I hope the door hits you on the way out."

He walked out of my house. I shut the door the locked it.

I hate family sometimes.

I felt someone hugging me from behind.

"Who is this?"

"Your 6'4 mentally drained fiancé."

"I thought, you were resting."

"I was. I-I just don't feel go-"

I heard a thud behind me. I turned around. Onyx was on the ground.

"ONYX!"

I started shaking him.

"NXY! WAKE UP!"

He groaned.

"What just happened?"

"Baby you collapsed. I'm pretty sure, it's because you're exhausted. I told you, you can't keep staying up all the time."

I helped him stand up.

"Are you alright?"

"I'm so dizzy."

"Go lay down somewhere. Besides being tired, are you okay? Are you in pain? Does your head hurt?"

"Nurse I am fine."

"Oh haha. Very funny. Go lay down."

He ran into a wall on the way back to our room. I ran up to him.

"Are you okay?!"

He groaned. He got on his hands and knees. He started crawling up the stairs.

"I guess that works?"

I watched him crawl into our room and onto our bed.

"If you don't sleep, you get no kisses or snuggles or the rest of the week!"

His eyes widened.

"U-uh...I'll be going to bed now!"

"Good."
