Goodbye Doesn't Mean Forgetting: Part 23

Start from the beginning

The next morning, I was woken up by Ella bashing a pillow over my head, screaming that we were going to see the boys tomorrow. We spent most of the day packing. Ella was finally introduced to Otea which was adorable because they got on so well. Then it got to Friday morning and we were off to see the boys. Like everytime, we got into the black taxi, our bags being taken away from us and loaded into the back. This time, JJ's parents and Otea were coming with us so we all pilled into the taxi and it began to drive. This time, the journey didn't seem as long, most likely because Ella and I spent the whole journey laughing at how bad we were at rapping superbass. I swear we did a better job than Nicki Minaj. Before we knew it, I was in JJ's arms and Ella was in Georges. The boys had organised for Ella, George, JJ and I to go out for a meal at a post restaurant in London. Therefore, Ella and I spent the rest of the day fighting for a place in the bathroom. We had another one of our famous pamper sessions and helped each other to pick out some outfits. After around two hours, we had our outfit sorted and with the help of Jaymi and Olly we had out hair sorted too. Now the only thing left was our make up so we stood in front of the mirror, sharing half each putting on our mascara, eyeliner and lip gloss.

"Guys, would you hurry up in there" JJ banged on the door.

"Why do you want the JJ's quiff?" Ella teased.

"Be quiet you! the table's booked for half an hour! hurry up!"

"We'll be 5 minutes" I shouted.

We both took one final look in the mirror. I gave a quick smile and turned to Ella.

"Do I look Ok?" We both said at the same time.

"You look gorgeous" We said, again in unison with each other.

We started to laugh and then heard voices. Who were JJ and George talking too? I put my ear to the door and could hear them talking. JJ was going mad at George about a photo he'd shown and about the first time he'd used instagram. Slowly, Ella pushed the door open and we both walked out. George was looking down at his ipad but after a nudge from JJ he looked up.

"Wow" They said simultaneously and we both started to laugh.

"So are we ready?" Ella asked.

"No, we need photos!" George said.

The thing was, since George had got his new iphone, he loved taking photos and tonight wasn't going to be an acceptation. First up, it was Ella and George, George put his arms around Ella's waist and they both smiled, it was one of the cutest photos I had ever seen. Then it was me and JJ, the photo we had taken was quite cheesy and looked stage but it wasn't. The photo we had was meant to be like Ella's but instead, it turned out as me looking up at JJ as we were both about to laugh. It wasn't cute but it summed up our relationship. Then we had the two boys and the two girls, me with George and Ella with JJ, then a big group photo and then finally off for the meal. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were quickly lead away to a table, trying to avoid people seeing us. It was like being famous and I guessed this was the lifestyle that I would have to get used too. I had a lovely night with JJ, Ella and George. Soon, we were back at the hotel, and I was snuggled up in bed with JJ, feeling his warm breath on my neck.

"Meg?"

"Yeah?"

"Do you think we should come out about our relationship?"

"I..I..Well...It's not that I don't want too it's just...."

"The hate?"

"I guess so, I'm not as strong as Ella, I don't think I could take it JJ"

"I understand, don't you stress, we need some sleep, goodnight baby, I love you"

"Goodnight, I love you too" I said, giving him a soft kiss on the lips.
