Previously:

The two of you were sitting on the couch, talking and catching up with each other. "I'm bored," She said. "You wanna sleep?" You suggested, making her groan. "Don't make me more bored" She dramatically rolled her eyes. "What do you wanna do then?" Her smirk was obvious, a look in her eyes told you she was plotting something in her mind.

"What?" You gazed at her with suspicious eyes. "How many blankets do you have?" She asked out of nowhere, catching you off guard. "I don't know..a lot. Why?" She grinned.

"Let's build a blanket fort"

Your Pov:

"A what?" She huffed, "You know! You stack up pillows then put a blanket over it! Like a mini house made with blankets and pillows!" You looked at her, amused.

"But that's exhausting!" You whined with a pout, she rolled her eyes. "But it'll be fun!" She used her beautiful green eyes to persuade you.

With a sigh, you nodded. She squealed, "Come on! Come on!" Ushering you to stand up. "Okay! Okay! Let's start with the blankets from my room" You led her to your room to grab some pillows and blankets.

Your walls were painted a light grey, your bed covered with white sheets. You weren't much of a vibrant color person so you decided to keep things cool and warm. Most of your stuff were either, brow, white, black, or beige; to keep things simple and clean.

"Wow, your room is gorgeous," You watched as she lingered along your trophy stand-where you kept all your trophies from college and highschool.

"Is this you?" She questioned, holding up a picture of you with your bandmates. "Yeah, that was taken back in high school. It was our first time winning a competition." You explained whilst grabbing a load of blankets.

Your house wasn't that big but it did have at least two guest rooms. It was a small two-story house, white on the outside while the interior was a dirty white color. With the house, you also kept the colors cool toned. With light-brown couches, sage green carpet, brown bookshelves and etc. You wanted it to look as clean and as simple as possible. You grabbed pillows and blankets from each room, gathering them in the middle of the couch, your fort was built.

(Picture above^^^)

You both laid down your built fort, careful not to break things down. In between the two of you, different types of chips were scattered while at the end of Lizzie's foot, outside the fort, a few beverages were placed. "What should we watch?"

Pressing the buttons on the remote you replied, "You have something in mind?" She went silent for a minute, making you turn to her.

"I wanna watch 'The End of the Fvcking World" Your mouth fell agape at her response. "What? It's a great show" Her brows scrunched at your lack of response. That's what we're watching then!"

She settled in her place, opening a pack of banana chips to munch on. Somehow, despite the foods in between you, you found a way to move closer to each other.

Silently, she moved the snacks in between you out of the way. You looked at her with question but she didn't say anything. You watched for a little bit more, admiring how her lips curved into a smile as she watched. How adorable.

Lizzie Pov:

There's a feeling inside of me; a feeling I know all too well. The more time I spend with her, the more it grows. Denying this feeling will only make it grow. There is simply no way to get rid of this feeling. It's a feeling no words can describe. A feeling I haven't felt before but a feeling I knew could ruin me. It scared me. Scared me more than anything.
