Ch 3 - Loosing

Mew pov

It's been one week the war started and I didn't get any information about my siblings, even I ask now one is giving me answers and I was getting frustrated with lot of thinking, so I directly went to ask my dad about the situation because I know something is happening which is not good that is why they are not telling me anything. I went towards one room where I got to know dad was there and no guard will announce that I come because I normally burge everywhere and no will say anything. I went to open the door but I stopped in my tracks when I heard dad talking to his ministers. I was about to turn back but I heard my name which made me stop.

" King please, prince mew is the only solution " the minister pleaded ....me .... solution...for what??....so I leaned closed to the wall and kept my ear to hear what they are talking.

King : " I said I will not allow it "

Minister : " king, if you look for only prince mew , your all other children going to die there "

I widened my eyes when j heard the death word from inside.

Minister 2 : " king,  not only your children but also think about our kingdom once , because of the war no one is getting proper food in our kingdom "

King : " But how can I ask prince mew to marry that king when I know he will not be happy there "

Minister : " king , how can we say he will not be happy now only , maybe prince will like him "

When I heard this , I was utterly shocked to core because I also heard about that king , I don't know whether it's true or not but I can't live with someone who raised their sword against my family.

King : " Do you think he will marry who is hurting his siblings ? And also all of his siblings know about the will and they are not willing to give his baby brother to their enemy "

Minister : " king, we only want you to think once more because you know we are definitely going to loose the war and it's only prince max remaining there and all other prince's and Princess were wounded badly and they can't raise the sword and fight any soon , if you take time then you have to loose both children and our kingdom and also think what happens to prince mew when you were defeated in the war as so many are thriving for him and you know how dangerous it is if he is not the prince postion and also no one can touch prince mew if he is married to the king and become queen there "

I walked away from there taking all the information into my mind as everyone is sacrificing and fighting for me just to give me good life they are keeping their lives at the verge of death and if I marry that king then my family and also my kingdom will be safe and also he will never come for war again in this lifetime . I cleared my mind and took my final decision going to my room and get freshened washing all my thoughts away with the tears that are flowing continuously from the eyes .

Author pov

When mew was deep thoughts sitting in one of the chair facing outside as it shows outside view .

( a/n : As it's ancient times , glass windows will not be there )

King entered his room for talking with mew even though he doesn't want it. But seeing looking at the window, he don't want to talk about it so he turned back to go out .

" Come inside dad, why are you leaving ?" He heard mew calling making him sigh and walked to mew .

" Baby , you shouldn't sit here .... it's cold here  "

" I will marry him dad " mew said cutting the king and king shocked hearing from his son

" Son ...How ?" King asked confusingly worried

" I heard what you are speaking before dad and I don't want all of you to get hurt because of me " mew said

" It's not because of you mew , it's a war and if he didn't find the will or nothing like that it is there then we wouldn't have think of any possibilities right ?" King asked but mew stayed calm

" War is war mew , this will we just got a way to be out so don't think it is because of you ..." King sternly said mew who nodded his head looking down and fidgeting fingers on his lap

" Let us just think no will is there baby, and you no need to marry him " king said standing from there

" No dad , I will marry him .... Atleast let me do this for all of you " mew said looking at his holding his hand

"But baby -"

" Please dad , I can't live with regret when I have a choice of saving you all " mew pleaded

" And also everyone is on the bed now there , we have to immediately take them here and treat properly " mew said making king sigh ....he knows his son will take this decision if he knows that is the reason he kept from mew

" Come with me , we will talk with minister " king said and took mew to a room and ordered minister to come there

" Do you think he will agree to marry me ?" Mew asked once minister came and told his decision

" They don't have other choice prince, they have to cancel the war according to will if you decided to marry him or he will loose the whole northern part and these choices if you are going to marry him or else the war will continue it is " the minister said making mew gasp

" But he should also like mew right ? How can we force him to marry prince " king said

" King, according to the will ....if he don't marry mew he has to just go back and if marry mew he can atleast take other kingdoms " minister said

" Okay, arrange the carriage.... I will go and talk to that king myself " king said standing

" And before going there inform him about the will from our minister so it will be soon if I go there " king said before going out of the room with mew

At the battlefield ,

" I really didn't thought I will also fight in the battlefield " king gulf groaned

" King , war was stopped for sometime and the cheevevat minister want to meet you regarding war " the guard announced and gulf signalled the guard to allow him

" Did they think of surrendering now " gulf thought

" Greetings king " the cheevevat minister greeted

"Hmm... What you want to talk ?" King gulf asked coldly

" Our king asked to tell you about a will which is written by your grandfather to his father " the minister said making gulf frown

" What....???????"
