Goodbye doesn't mean forgetting: Part 2

Start from the beginning

Suddenly, a knock at the door startled me. I opened it to see a man stood with a black shirt and black pants.

"Limo for Miss Meg" he said.

"Me??" I asked, confused.

I turned around to see my mum chuckling.

"Go on love, have fun"

I was lead down the pathway towards a glamerous white limo. The driver opened the door for me where JJ was sat in his favourite denim shorts and a t-shirt.

"Happy Birthday MegMeg" he said as he gave me a hug.

"You organised....this?" I asked.

"Every little detail, I'm making this a birthday to remember"

I smiled at him, spending my birthday with my best friend! What could be better.

"Where to go boss?" Asked the driver.

"London Eye" JJ answered.

"What?!?" I replied.

He smiled and me and chuckled.

Throughout the whole journey, we laughed and giggled about silly little things. We chatted about our memories and started dancing hysterically in the car. Finally we arrived. I looked up to see the gigantic wheel turning slowly. Grabbing my hand, JJ pulled me forwards to the front of the que, he showed his pass to a guard who let us into one of the pods. As we started to get higher, the sight of London became even more beautiful. I sighed, maybe this was the last time that i'd ever be able to see something like this. JJ came and took my hand.

"Say cheese" said a man with JJ's camera in his hand.

JJ hugged me tightly as I hugged him back and we smiled like the kids that we were. It was the cutest photo I had ever seen.

"Would you like another one?" The man asked.

"Yes please" answered JJ.

We decicided that the next one should be a silly one so we did stupid poses, like we were best at. Every photo that was taken came out perfectly, just like the day I was having.

After the Eye we decided to take a trip to the wax works in the centre of London. When arriving we were greeted with wax figures of Justin Bieber and Cheryl Cole. We both had our photo's taken with most celebrities. I even gave Justin a little kiss on the cheek. We spend hours and hours in the wax works. When we finally decided to leave it was five o'clock that night. We decided to take a little walk along the bridge. It was the longest Bridge in London and it would give us more time to talk. As we walked JJ stopped in the middle of the Bridge and looked out along the River Thames. I went and stood next to him, smelling his perfect scent. He turned to me, his gorgeous dark eyes gazing into mine.

"Close your eyes and put your hands out" He said.

I giggled but did as I was told.  I felt a small box be placed in my hand. It wasn't heavy at all.

"Now open your eyes"

I looked down to see a small white box with 'Happy Birthday Meg' written on the front. I looked at him.

"Well open it then!" he said with a laugh.

I carefully opened the box to see a sparkling silver necklace  with the letter J placed in the middle. It was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen. I didn't understand why the letter J though.

"It's J for JJ, I want you to wear it, so you'll always remember me"

I grabbed hold of him and hugged him so tightly.  I kissed him on the cheek.

"Thankyou" I whispered.

"May I?" He asked

I nodded.

He carefully took the necklace from it's packaging and placed it around my neck. I could see the diamonds in the J glistening in the glorious sunshine. He placed his head on my shoulder and kissed me on the cheek.

We began to walk again, we talked but I couldnt help but admire the necklace. I was never going to take it off, not for anyone or anything.

After our walk, we headed back to the limo and headed for home. My mum and JJ's mum greeted us both at the house. My mum glanced at the necklace and looked confused. I mouthed back that I would explain later. When we got into my house, we found that my mum had ordered in pizza's. We had an amazing night, laughing, chatting and playing a few games. JJ and his mum stayed till late. When they decided to leave, I grabbed hold of JJ again and gave him the biggest hug I'd ever given anyone.

"Thankyou so much for making today one of the best day's of my life, I'll never forget it"

He smiled and kissed my cheek again.

We waved them off and then retreated back to my bedroom. My mum walked in. The first thing she noticed was my necklace. She gave me another confused face.

"J as in JJ" I said.

"Oh, well isn't that just beautiful"

"I'm lucky to have him mum"

"I know baby, I've also got another surprise!"

"What mum, tell me, tell me, tell me"

"Our moving date has been announced! We're moving one week today!"

I looked at her, shocked and startled. For once I hadn't thought about the move or what I would say to JJ but my mum saying that just made the worry and the tears come flooding back.

She smiled as she skipped joyfully out of my room. I looked down and snuggled my head into the pillow. This week was going to be eventful.
