Xinyi's POV

After I talked with Mrs. Chen, I went straight to my room.

Tomorrow is the start of my work. I hope it goes well. Tho, I'm still curious why Mrs. Chen didn't allow me to ask about what happened to those patients.

Yes, I have known some facts about them since Mrs. Chen introduce them to me. But I have some questions in my mind.

How do they end up being here?

How do they become like that?

Why Xiaojun hates the outside air?

Why does Hendery love to drown himself?

How do they catch Lucas if he's a Fallen Angel?

Too many questions but sadly I can't get the answer, since I'm not allowed to know it.

I sigh.

I need to take some rest since tomorrow is a working day.

- Morning -

I woke up early because I don't want to be late for my first work, even tho I have my schedule of what time should I go and give them food. I look at the wall clock.

7:03 AM.

It's still early. My work start at 8:00 AM.

I sigh and grab my little notebook.

I need this if ever I forgot something or I need to take down some reminders.

After waiting for some minutes I look at the wall clock again.

7:45 AM. Okay, time to go.

I smile.

"You can do it Xinyi!" I said and left my room.

I lock it and put my key in my pocket.

I went straight to the kitchen area where I will pick up their food.

"Hi, Good Morning" I greet.

The woman assigned here looked at me.

I tried to give her a smile but she just look at me with no emotion.

Err, what's wrong with her?

"you're the new nurse of those seven patients?" the girl asked.

I nod.

"Yes," I answered. She give me a cart where the seven plates full of foods were placed.

"Make sure to give them this and they eat it. And lastly, wait for them to finish it and bring these plates back here" She command. I look at her confused.

"But Mrs. Chen said, I was not allowed to linger there--"

"You can wait outside, just make sure they eat all of this and then your work is done"

She's scary...
