Xinyi's POV

"Patient number three, Hendery.Dangerous Disorder: Drowning" I look at Mrs. Chen confused.

"What!? drowning!?" Seriously? drowning? I check Hendery's documents again.

She's right. Okay? That's weird.

"Yes..." How come?...

"Unfortunately that's the only reason for him to live in this world." Mrs. Chen concludes and looks at the monitor in front of me.

I can see a man who's quietly sitting.

I think he's Hendery.

"He needs to drown himself for at least five minutes to be able to survive" Mrs. Chen continued.

"Are we not allowed to go inside?" I ask because we're staying here outside and we're just watching him thru the monitor.

"We can't enter his room this time because he needs to drown himself first" she explains.

"That's weird. What's the connection of it?" I asked.

"It's risky. If he didn't drown himself he might be aggressive to you" I just nod. I don't know anything about Hendery that's why I'm just going to let Mrs. Chen explains everything.

"I still don't get it why he needs to drown himself. Like, drowning for almost five minutes may risk your life" I comment.

"If ordinary people need to breathe in the air to survive. He is different, he feels like the air is suffocating him. So that he needs that. The water... For him it's medicine." Mrs. Chen explains.

I remain silent and observe him.

I saw him stand up and approach the pool but it's not that big. Just right for one to two people.

He continues to walk silently.

I was surprised when he suddenly jumped.

"No way--"

"Just observe him..." Mrs. Chen said interrupting me.

I did what she said. Observe him. I can't believe it. This is the first time I saw or known someone who can survive by drowning.

"Oh my gosh! His drow--" Mrs. Chen cut me off again.

"Shh... Just watch him... It's not that dangerous. Just let him drown himself" She said. I don't want to watch it since I don't like to see people dying or suffering in front of me but I can't help to look at it.

It seems like Hendery's drowning himself is very interesting to watch but at the same time scary.

"his already fine?" I asked Mrs. Chen while looking at Hendery who's already up from the water.

"Yes, he is" I nod and look at the monitor. But I think it's a wrong move since I can see him looking at me even tho I'm just looking at him thru the monitor.
