Xinyi's POV

"Patient number one, Xiaojun. Dangerous Disorder: Toxic Air." Mrs. Chen remarked as she handed me the records. I take a peek at the profile she's talking about.

"Toxic Air... That's crazy." I boast while reading Xiaojun's disorder. I've never met someone who suffers from this condition. How can he live with such a mental illness?

"Yes, it's quite strange," she continues. I nod while following her. We walked into a room. There is no white in this room. It is different from the outside. One cabinet has gas masks on it, which I can see.

"First and foremost, you must wear a mask." Mrs. Chen says, handing me a gas mask.

"What is the point of wearing this?" I asked.

"As I already stated, Xiaojun's disease is toxic air. The air in that room is different, which is not healthy for us. For regular people like us." I simply nod in agreement.

"Let's go inside." she said as we entered to Xiaojun's room. We can see him on the ground. I look around his room. There's a fog of smoke everywhere, and the place is metallic rather than ordinary. There is a bed at the far end of the room, but we saw him on the ground.

Weird.

"Xiaojun despises dirty air, or in other words, he despises outside air." I nod again as I watch Xiaojun.

"We did everything for him, which is why we built this chamber, which includes the air he desires." Mrs. Chen explains.

"Can he go outside of —"

"He doesn't like to go outside because it can trigger him. If you push him to, he would get aggressive and may harm you." Mrs. Chen said. I just listened till I saw Xiaojun get up. This caught me off guard.

I kept a close eye on him. He continued to ignore us.

He was already staring at us, or rather, at me.

I can see he don't like me. He was staring at me with such intensity. I'm starting to become nervous.

"Who's that girl?" His voice...

"Her name is Xinyi" Mrs. Chen introduced me. He averts his gaze to his side. I take another look at him.

"Xinyi? What a lovely name..." he remarked coldly.

"Get her out here right now!" he exclaimed abruptly, startling me.

That's exactly what I was thinking. He doesn't like me.

"Xiaojun, calm down. She's a new nurse who will take care of you." Mrs. Chen remarked gently.

"I don't care! Just take her out!" I'm not sure why, but I get a little terrified, although I shouldn't be. I'm his nurse and he's my patient.

"Unfortunately, he's not in the best of moods right now. Let's get out of here before he burst out."
