Naomi's POV

Waking up I turned to Mena who slept peacefully next to me. If felt so weird to finally be able to say that ring on my finger was permanent. It was even weirder to think my family wasn't there to witness it. As I felt my morning sickness begin I quickly sat up.

"Hey, what's up are you okay?" Mena turned to me as woke up.

"I'm fine just the usual, sorry to wake you babes."

"It's alright, although I would appreciate some more bedtime with my lovely wife." He pulled me to him as he wrapped his arms around me.

"It's insane to hear you say that."

"Its insane to finally be able to say it," Mena grabbed my hand and intertwined our fingers as her played around with my ring, "Does it fit right? I got Nasim to help me out but I still wasn't sure."

"It's perfect trust me, I love it. Thank you,"

"Thank you for the song. So am I ever getting a full backstory on it or?" He chuckled.

"Soon, it's still a bit overwhelming to think about. But, we can talk about something,"

"Okay, name it."

"What if we do move to the UK?"

"What? Like now?"

"I mean think about it, this apartment is way too small anyways, I could finish school, you could start school and get acting jobs. It's a win win."

"Yeah but its all the way across the ocean Nay.
I don't know, I mean I have my sister, my parents... I'd have to think about it. Besides
I thought you wanted them to be born here."

"Does that really matter though? I mean we're both from different places living in a whole different country."

"We're adults Nay... like I said I'd have to think about it. Why all the sudden desire?"

I sighed, "It's just,"

"Is this about your parents? You can't run from your problems forever Nay, we'll figure it out."

"I can't figure it out Mena, we got married.
Not with a huge ceremony, not by the church, we told no one and just did it."

"Then why do they have to know? We can still go to a church and do it."

"You really expect me to lie to them?"

"It's not like you're talking to them in the first place." He laughed. Standing up I rolled my eyes and walked outside of the room. Quickly I heard Mena's footsteps behind me. "Hey hey hey, I'm sorry, I didn't mean it that way." He grabbed my face and pulled me in for a hug. "I know this is rough Nay but you gotta be able to talk to them soon you can't hate them for ever."

"I don't hate them Mena, it's just annoying that they try to control every aspect of my life I'm not a kid anymore."

"Then why don't you tell them that?"

"Oh sure and right afterwards I'll tell them I got married and they weren't invited... whatever it's not worth it."

"Just chill out okay? Stress isn't good for you right now plus, I want zero fighting between us just a day after we get married."

"Yeah you're right, I'm sorry." I pouted.

"It's fine, now, what does my girl want for breakfast?"

"Honestly I'm feeling fruity today."

"Fruity as in fruit loops or actual fruit."

"Real fruit."

"Ahh looks like babies are going to be vegan like daddy huh?" Be said as he touch my stomach and smiled. "Come on lets go get breakfast then." Following Mena I sat down on the counter as he prepped everything. Although it was kind of useless, everytime he cut something up we each grabbed a piece. Before we knew it we'd eaten it all before it had reached either of our plates.
