~Lucy's POV~
Everyone thinks I'm married with a child, all because you asked me to bring Luke to the store with you.

"No no no, you've got it all wrong!"

"Luce and I aren't married!"

We're simply best friends, nothing more. But for some reason, no one believes us when we say that.

"C'mon flame-brain, just admit it already!"

"Yeah Lu, spill!"

We've hung out so much, it got to the point where Luke's first word was your name.

"Aww, he said Natsu's name!"

"How cute!"

I was kinda jealous, not gonna lie.

"Aren't you jealous Lucy?"

"Not really."

Yet at the same time, I thought it was the cutest thing ever.

"Can I sleep here, Luce? My house is being renovated."

"Sure, I don't mind."

You slept at my place for three months due to your house going under construction.

"Waaaaahhhhh!"

"Oh, Luke's awake again."

I remember all the sleepless nights we had when Luke was still young.

"I've gotta go put him back to bed-"

You helped me take care of him. It was kind of touching, I felt emotional when you said that the first time.

A couple years later, you brought me to dinner.

"Mom, when are you and Mr. Natsu gonna get married?"

"Uh, Luke, not now."

He wouldn't stop asking us when we'd get married. He was super excited for that day.

"Okay, okay. Sorry, Mom."

"It's alright sweetie, now finish your food."

No, we're not married.

But at this point, I think we should be.
