She stares at her ceiling once again with a hundred thoughts

Lucy awoke to the sound of her alarm clock. She faced the ceiling and stared at it for a while.

"Maybe he knows who I am?
Actually, probably not."

She sits up and sighs.

She walks down the hall with her head down low,
Scared to meet his eyes

She gets to school, and everyone looks her way as she walks down the corridor with her head down, her hands gripping tightly onto the books in her arms.

Even when she hears his voice,
She's swarmed with butterflies

She hears his voice from the end of the hallway. Without looking up, she turns around and speed walks away.

"It's impossible to get you off my mind..."

"I think about a hundred thoughts and you are ninety nine..."

"I've understood that you will never be mine..."

"And that's fine..."

"I'm just breaking inside..."

Lucy turns the corner, walking into her classroom and sitting down by the window seat.

He always walks the crowded halls,
And is blinded by this light

Natsu walks down the corridor and sees a blur of yellow speeding past.

The girl who keeps her head down low,
And never shows her eyes

He stops in his path, trying to figure out what that mysterious blob was. After a solid minute or so, he realises it was that girl. That girl who was always silent.

He's tried to talk to her but there's no easy way

She was quiet and shy, and she didn't have many friends.

'Cause every time he raises his voice,
She runs away

He never knew her name, because he never got the chance to talk to her.

"Oh, it's impossible to get you off my mind..."

"I think about a hundred thoughts,
And you are ninety nine..."

"I've understood that you will never be mine..."

"And that's fine..."

"I'm just breaking inside..."

Lucy glances out the window, seeing a big cherry blossom tree on a small hill behind the school.

And one day,
Maybe she'll stay

And start to head over his way

Natsu walks into class and sits next to her.

And one day,
She'll look into his eyes

And instead of breaking,
She'll call him 'mine'

Lucy takes a small peek at him before looking away and at the window.

One day,
He'll grab her by the waist

And force them to meet face to face

Natsu looks towards her, and sees her reflection in the glass.

And one day,
He'll look into her eyes

And say that, "You're my only light."

She was beautiful.

"Oh, it's impossible to get you off my mind..."

Lucy had only one thought on her mind.

"I think about a hundred thoughts,
And you are ninety nine..."

And it had to do with only one person.

"Maybe there's a chance that you will be mine..."

"But right now..."

'Natsu, what have you done to me?'

"I'm just broken inside..."
