82 | one shots + #breakthemold

GREETINGS YOU BEAUTIFUL SUCKERS!

   Alright, alright alright ... let me just get straight to the point:

Lately I've realized that I once again, have fallen into my 'piece of shit' habits, and put to much on my plate. As some of you may have noticed, I've been re-publishing old stories. That was a big mistake from my part. Well, maybe one wouldn't of have been so bad, but bringing back two?

WHY AM I LIKE THIS?

   Anyhow, I was scrolling through my drafts today (75 of them, if you must really know), and so I started asking myself:

   1) WHY DID I WRITE THIS STORY?
   2) AND THAT ONE

3) & THAT ONE TOO

4) OH! AND ALSO THAT ONE!

   I clicked on them all, and while some made me cringe and deem myself a disgrace to humanity ... some of them had potential.

   Some had potential, and a few others ... *gasp* I actually liked a lot. Not trying to come off as conceited here since I (by the time I finish writing a couple paragraphs) tend to automatically hate everything. I was just surprised, and pleased (said someone from fifty shades of fucked up). 

   SO THEN I STARTED REALIZING MORE (kylie wasn't wrong when she said 2017 would also be the year of like, realizing things) LIKE HOW ABOUT HALF of the stories I'm not all disgusted by, have to do with #breakthemold.

   If you don't already know, let me kindly explain.

   This #BreakTheMold is a lovely movement created by the even more lovely -MammaMia- IN WHICH (straight from her chapter on it, please do further read up on it in her To Suck or Not To Suck book) we try to focus on creating more writing on:

   a different wrestling promotion, indy wrestlers, underused superstars in the wwe/nxt, a unique ship, an oc that doesn't fit 'society's' standards, an oc with a diverse background, a fanfic with an interracial couple, etc.

   I remember that when Mia first released this chapter, I started working on a lot of new material that could fit into the #BreakTheMold movement. A few stories I already had in thought / drafted out a few chapters, but others I just started writing like there was no tomorrow, or like i could make money off of them and rent was due.

   Ya'll get the point.

   So since there was so many that I read through that actually reminded me why I liked them in the first place, I had another idea.

   WHY NOT PUT THEM ALL INTO A ONE SHOTS BOOK? There's only about 5 stories that have more than 1 chapter, so perhaps I will make those a short (very short) book of it's own. For the most part, the majority can fit into a one shot book being that they're just literally, ONE CHAPTER.

   In the past, I've unpublished stories that some people liked because (I had too much going on at the time), and I didn't know where to go with it / lost passion. There's no harm in releasing just one chapter, ya know?

   That way, I don't entirely get your hopes up. At some point in the future, I might continue them, but I make no promises.

   If you're curious, here's some of the stuff I have in my drafts:

   1) RANDY ORTON x TERRY WOODS (YES, AN IN XAVIER WOODS'S LITTLE SISTER) // sort of my take on an interracial couple.

  2) BRAY WYATT x EMMA (EVIL) -- I thought this was an odd ship that somehow, I'm all for.

  3) JOHNNY GARGANO x CANDICE LARAE (both indy wrestlers, well now Johnny is in NXT, but my story had them both be in Smack Down). 

   4) EMMA x PAIGE ( starts in nxt, moves onto raw).

   5) FINN x PEYTON ( Finn plays a heel here, think Joker-ish, Peyton as Poison Ivy). 

   6) AJ STYLES x NAOMI ( I SHIP THE SHIT OUT OF THIS DON'T ASK ME WHY I JUST DO).

  7) ROMAN REIGNS + HIS OTP VINCE MCMAHON (JUST KIDDING YA'LL ... OR AM I?)

8) DEAN WINCHESTER + SAM WINCHESTER AU WHATEVER IT'S CALLED STUCK IN A WWE WORLD.

+ there's many more like kevin x nikki, sami + bayley, etc etc etc.

There's stuff to do with Saige because I'll always be remotely trashy like that, etc.

   

SO WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK? SHOULD I JUST THROW THEM ALL INTO A ONE SHOTS BOOK? IF THAT DOES HAPPEN, GIVE ME LIKE TWO WEEKS PLEASE xD 

   Well, like ... a couple days to get a cover and stuff sorted.
