Chapter Thirty-Six

Hayi hurriedly went to Dara's office to let her know about the good news. "Guess what?" She exclaimed after opening the door.

"Too excited, huh?" Dara chuckled upon seeing her.

"I am." Hayi replied enthusiastically.

"Good news?"

Hayi nodded.

"What is it?"

Dara's secretary smiled. "We got the deal."

"Really?" Dara's eyes widened in shock.

"Really. We just received a message from Mr. Kwon's Representative. They said a revised agreement will be sent for you to look into. They've accepted the deal but changed some conditions as per their needs."

"That's awesome!" Dara exclaimed.

"Uh-huh." Hayi nodded. "All we have to do is to wait for the revised agreement so you and Jaejoong can review it. Then it's gonna be considered as a nailed deal."

"Thank God we have succeeded in closing the deal."

"I told you we'll have a positive outcome."

"Right."

"Everything's possible when you have a positive mindset."

Dara nodded.

"So this means your giving yourself a break, right?"

"Possibly."

Hayi rolled her eyes.

"I still need to ask Jaejoong. He's busy with their other business."

"Do you still have time for each other?"

Dara chuckled. "Of course."

Hayi shrugged. "If you say so."

"Why not tell the team for this project that I'm giving them 2 days additional rest day since we have received good news today?"

"Additional day off?"

Dara nodded. "Hurry and tell them before I change my mind."

"That includes me, right?"

"Let me think about it."

"Unnie..." Hayi complained which made Dara laugh.

"I was just kidding. That includes you, of course."

"Woohoo! Two days of additional rest day."

"Don't forget to fix my schedule before going on leave, okay? Please have my scheduled meetings moved to next week. I think I'm gonna follow your advise."

"You're going on a vacation?"

"Maybe. Or just stay at home and spend time with Jin-ho."

Hayi smiled. "You deserve that, Unnie."

"Thank you for the hard work. And please let the team know how grateful I am that they've been part of this deal."

"I'll let them know."

"Alright. Now, go. I still need to check on some files before I leave." Dara shooed her secretary away jokingly.

"You're really the best, Unnie. Thank you."

"Go." She told her.

With a smile, Hayi left the room.

"Jiyong agreed to our proposal. We closed the deal, Jae." Dara told Jaejoong on the phone after she got home.

"It was probably his mother's decision." Jaejoong said.
