Forever Mine Book 2:

I opened the door and there was Fred, hands in his pockets, looking chipper. I wanted to punch him for his awful timing. I mean, really. He had to come when I had the worst cold ever. With my hair looking like a rats nest and my eyes all red and puffy, sniffing and coughing every five seconds. I looked terrible. He walked right past me and into the apartment. I blinked at the dark, empty street, cursing to myself. 

"Well hello to you too, Fred." I muttered, shutting the door as I turned around.

"Hi, Sephie. Oh, you look nasty."

I rolled my eyes. "Always the charmer."

I had a feeling this was going to be good.

The Wrong Weasley:

It was always the small things.

The way his eyes met mine from across the room.

The way he smiled when he made me laugh.

The way goose bumps went up my spine the time he brushed me in the hall.

Things like that.

Then there are the big things.

Like how I miss him.

And how I wish I’d told him.

Told him how much I loved him.

A few weeks ago, out of the blue, Rose asked me what my biggest regret was. I brushed it off. Told her to go play.

Because my biggest regret? That I never told him.

I’d tried. Believe me, I’d tried. Like this:

                                    Fred,

                                             I think I’m in love with you.

                                                                       Yours, Hermione         

But I’d always flake out.
