White and black –part two-

“Well, they were completely different. White and black... They were always arguing about nonsense things. But they were the first love each other and always tidied up their differences. Both were in love and spent most of the day together. He went to see her ice skating and she went to see him playing soccer. They spent the afternoon walking along the beach or in the park. They always held hands... No matter where they were. They were such sweet couple of children who all spoke about. But all ended when he knew that Emma would go to a competition in Russia. If she won that competition she would have to go for other for two months. And Emma decided to break up with him when she realized they were not mature enough to keep a long distance relationship. But he kept trying to have something with her when she returned, but it didn’t work.”

I stared at Derek, processing his words. Dean was Emma's first love, and for obvious reasons her first “real” kiss. I winced imagining how Dean and Emma held hands as they kissed in front of the sea. An image that’s not very nice from my viewpoint.

I returned my gaze to where Dean and Emma danced and chatted. I drank what I left in my glass and stood up from my seat. I walked over to where Dean with my girlfriend.

“You mind?” I said, stretching my hand towards her, while staring at Dean.

He shook his head no and Emma took my hand.

“I leave you with your boyfriend. Bye baby.” He said and winked at her before disappearing between all people.

I grabbed Emma's hand tightly and walked outside. Emma said nothing, just followed me. We went out to the garden. Night fell upon us and the fresh air was blowing softly. There were several people. I walked among the rose bushes. Emma holding the train of her dress with hand to keep it from getting dirty and I held her free hand.

We continued walking until we reach a place where there was nobody.

“Harry, what we are…”

I crashed my lips to hers before she could finish her question. She stayed in shock for a few seconds, but then she answered the kiss. I held her by the waist and she wrapped her arms around my neck. I rested my forehead on hers and looked into her eyes.

“What was that?”

“I didn’t want to see you with Dean.” I whispered and she raised an eyebrow. I knew what she was thinking. “Yeah. I was jealous.”

She smiled at my confession. She put her hand in m cheek, stroking my skin with her thumb. The moon shone in her eyes. I looked at every detail of her face. I stopped for a few seconds on your lips and then look at her eyes. She began to laugh.

“What?” I asked her.

“You have red lipstick.” She said running her fingers over m lips, trying to clean away any trace of lipstick.

“This is your fault.” I complained between laughs.

“You kissed me.”

“But you kissed me back.”

Touchè

“What is that noise?” I asked in a whisper so I could hear the noise.

The sprinklers came on at that time. Emma squealed as she felt the cold water against the bare skin of her back. The two of us started running, trying not to get wet. I tried to Emma cover, but my efforts were useless. Emma was soaked like me.

When we got to a part where the sprinklers were not on, we started to laugh. We were both soaked. The clothes we had stuck on our bodies and we couldn’t walk normally. Emma's hair dripping and my curls stuck to my forehead.
