It's always been you

Chapter fourteen

So tonight was the night of our first date and I wanted it to be perfect even doe I had know idea what we was going to do.

I tried on at least ten outfits until I think I found the one. A dark red skirt with a black and white striped of shoulder shirt, I curled my hair, put on makeup and black vans, grabbed my jacket then I was ready to go.

I looked out the window and saw a black Ferrari parked right outside our house. That must be Zayn, I thought and went downstairs.

"Hello gorgeous" Zayn greeted and when I came out trough the door.

He was leaning against the car looking more handsome than ever. He was wearing black jeans as always, a white shirt (I had never actually seen him in white before so that was a surprise) and I hadn't noticed it before but his hair was starting to get really long but it was still pushed back.

"Well you don't look bad yourself" I said and he pulled me on for a tight hug.

"Ready to go?" Zayn asked as he opened the car door for me.

"Where exactly are we going?"

"You'll see" He said and closed the door for me.

Two hours later we was still in the car and I was really staring to wondering where we were headed.

"Is this the moments before I'll find out you're a serial killer who's about to kill me?"

"Yes and I'm not really Zayn Malik" He responded and gave me a smirk.

We continued chitchatting for about 25 minutes more until finally he stopped the car and got out.

Zayn opened the door for me very gentlemanly and I stepped out great full to be able to stretch out my legs.

"A forest?" I asked and looked around.

In front of us a big forest stood and I was very confused. Still it was quite beautiful with all the autumns colors. The trees were big and the leafs was in red, orange and yellow, if I was an artist I definitely would paint this.

"Follow me" Zayn said as he locked the car and started walking.

Wow I'm so glad I didn't take heels.

"So are we going to look for mushrooms and berries?" I asked and Zayn laughed at me.

"We're almost there" He said instead of answering my question.

"I really didn't think you were the "walking in the forest" kind of guy"

"I'm not, I just like the idea of being completely alone with you in the none creepy way without all the drama and rush in the city"

"Well we are alone alright"

The only thing I was hearing was the sound of a few birds who was singing, Zayn's and my own steps and water flowing.

Suddenly we stopped walking and I gasped because of what I saw.
Ahead of me a waterfall took place and it was probably the most beautiful thing I'll ever seen.

"You said you liked waterfalls" Zayn said and gave me a shy smile.

I walked a bit further so I could see everything closer, the leafs who made the forest look like it was on fire, the waterfall with it's ice cold water, the dark trees surrounded us and if I looked up I could only see the treetops and no sky.

"This is amazing" I said as sat down on a rock.

Zayn sat down beside me and sat his backpack in front of us.

"Hot chocolate?" He asked and I nodded.

"Wow you actually brought whipped cream with you"

"And marshmallows too" He responded and took out a bag of marshmallows from his backpack.

"Are you trying to give me diabetes"

"I know your happy that I brought marshmallows"

"Very" I said and put one in my mouth.

(A/N) This chapter was planned to be very different but then I realized that I didn't want them to have "the usual" first date. Hope you liked it anyway
