What is error had kept Palette.

Error looked at palette as he was introduced to his actual parents at the age of sixteen. Ink and dream were in tears as they thought Palette was dead.

"Why didn't you at least tell us that he was alive?" Dream asked in tears.

"You abandoned him left him in an au you knew I would destroy. You were easy to cast your newborn away, so I didn't bother since you didn't want him," Error snapped. Palette was still in shock. He had known the truth all his life of who his parents were what they were like and how Error got him.

"We were told he would die a painful death if we didn't kill him because of a soul defect," Ink snapped back.

"An easily curable soul defect. It didn't even take me a minute to cure him," Error snapped back. The parents were shocked. Palette was still staring at them.

"Why?" He asked. then a short pause.

"Why did you abandon me?" Palette asked. He wasn't angry that was clear, but he definitely wasn't happy eighter. He was just confused.

"We were told you would die a painful death because of your soul defect and that it was incurable," Ink said. Palette sighed.

"I don't blame you for abandoning me but I want to know why you didn't try everything available first. You gave me to a person you knew would kill me. Why didn't you ask him? I know you hate Error but did you ever ask him why he destroyed or why he killed?" Palette asked. The parents didn't say a thing.

"Palette we've talked about this. They don't listen because they think they know everything," Error said. Ink nor Dream denied it. Palette looked at them with confusion.

"You don't even deny it?" He asked his parents they only look away.

"You disgust me," Palette said. He tried to turn away but Error stopped him.

"Everyone here made mistakes and you are about to make one. They screwed up by abandoning you I screwed up by not telling your real parents that you were alive. You are about to screw up by cutting them out. If they really believed there was nothing that could save you, then they would have wanted for you to have a painless death. Which is why they left you to me. I would have done something similar after making sure I had exploited every possibility," Error said. Palette just looked at Error. Error looked at him. Ink and Dream were shocked by Error. He was trying to help them have a relationship with their son.

"It's just a lot right now," Palette said. He was overwhelmed.

"We understand. Palette, Error has our number if you ever want to contact us," Dream said. He opened a portal and left with his husband.

"Can you leave me? I'll come home once I've processed everything," Palette said.

"Fine but give me your Id and Credit card first can't have you getting drunk because of this," Error said and palette sighed and gave them to him. Error left. Palette opened a portal to outertale and slumped down. He used his father's secret spot and cried. He cried like never before. He knew the names of his parents but didn't believe it with all the stories told in school. He didn't believe that the creator and guardian of positivity would abandon their son. He had a hard time believing so he didn't think they were his parents but now? They had confirmed it. He was devastated. He felt another set of emotions behind him. He also recognized his uncle's aura.

"Leave me alone," Palette said.

"Nope kid you are down in the dump and I can't have you making any stupid decisions like the time you thought Goth cheated on you," Nightmare said. He then took out a small bottle from his pocket. He gave it to Palette.

"Really? Dad already took my ID and credit card," Palette said.

"Can't be too sure with you," Nightmare said and gave Palette the bottle. Palette sighed but drank the potion. It would prevent him from getting drunk.

"So how did it go with your parents?" Nightmare asked. Palette looked down.

"I never believed that they were my parents. All the stories painted them to be the good guys that would never do anything wrong," Palette said.

"People are not always right. I mean they say that Error and I are heartless murderers that are insane," Nightmare said.

"I just can't understand," Palette said.

"That means Error did something right. He never painted them to be evil or bad. You should talk to him. He knows how to help you," Nightmare said and got up. Palette sighed. He opened a portal home and walked in to see Error having a screaming match with someone on the phone. Palette took the phone and ended the call. He noticed that it was his biological father who had called Error.

"Dad, tell me how my biological parents actually are," Palette demanded. Error sighed but told him.

"They're both naive idiots that can't see father than to the tip of their noses. They don't give a crap about anyone not fitting into their worldviews despite Ink making the outcasts the way they are," Error said.

"I can believe that," The two had a heart-to-heart talk afterward.
