"Jacky!" I jumped into my best friends arms.
I wrapped my arms around his waist and hugged him.
"Hey y/n," he chuckled.
I smiled and got off him.
"It's been like sooo long. How are you. Oh my god you got taller. And hotter. I mean oops. I'm rambling. How was filming? Did you make friends? Is Finn really nice in real life or is that all fake?"
"Y/n, he laughed. "Calm down. It's only been 6 months, I'm good. I did get taller. And hotter. Filming was tiring but good. Whole cast. Finn is super nice and funny."
I smiled and swirled in excitement.
"I'm so glad your back. I've missed you so much!" I hugged him again.
His grip around me tightened and I took in his scent. Vanilla.
We pulled away and started walking out of the airport.
"How are you and Ellie?" I gulped.
"Oh. We broke up."
"Oh I'm sorry. I know you liked her." I was happy on the inside.
I only want the best for Jack and she wasn't it.
"Eh. At first. But when I started filming, she got mean. She wouldn't let me hang out with Sophia like at all. She was too clingy and annoying. Then I found out that she cheated. So that sucked for a while."
I sighed. How could anyone cheat on Jack? He's the sweetest.
"If you were mine I would do everything in my power to make sure you were happy. I never want you to be sad or hurt." I laid my head on his shoulder.
"That's why were best friends."
Friend zoned. Ouch.
The whole ride home we blasted music and sang.
Once we got to my house, we went up to my room to watch movies.
I tossed a pair of his basketball shorts at him.
"Here. We're having movie night." I smiled and changed out of my clothes in my bathroom so we both had privacy.
"What do you wanna watch?" I asked through the door.
"I have an advanced copy of IT. You'd be one of the first to see it."
I opened the door and he wasn't wearing a shirt.
"Sneak attack!"
Since we were 6, we would always sneak attack each other and tickle each other.
I tackled him onto my bed and held him Down.
My hair fell in my face and I laughed, moving it.
Jack wasn't trying to escape, he was just laying there staring up at me with a blank expression.
"What?"
"Nothing." He moves me off of him and got up. He went over to his suitcase and got the movie.
I was wearing one of his shirts and some gym shorts.
I sighed and got under the covers.
"Cut out the light." I spoke up.
He did so and jumped in bed.
He got under the covers with me and I cuddled up to him.
I nuzzled my head into his neck and sighed.
"I know I said this already but I really missed you, Jacky. It was Hell at school without you."
"I'm sure it wasn't that bad." He chuckled.
I sighed.
These girls wouldn't leave me alone. They'd always push me down and rip up my homework. Call me annoying and 'too much'
"Yeah... you're right." I lied.
We watched the movie. He was warm and his heart was beating fast from the movie.
"Jack?"
"Yeah?"
"Do you think I'm too much?"
"What do you mean?"
"Do you think I'm annoying? I know while you were filming I'd try to call you every night but that was just cause I missed you."
"No. Of course you're not annoying. Why would you think that?"
I didn't answer. I couldn't. A tear fell on his chest.
He started to sit up, making me sit up too.
"Don't cry. Why are you crying?" He looked at me.
"It's nothing. Can we just watch the movie? Please."
"Yeah. This part is good." He smiled softly and I looked up at him.
I looked back at the movie and saw everyone in a rock throwing war.
It was funny when Finn got hit in the face.
I laughed and wiped away the couple tears that had fallen.
We continued watching the movie and it got to a jump scare.
I jumped and put my face in his chest.
"Is it over?"
"Not yet." He started rubbing my arm.
The scary part was over, however he wanted you to stay close to him. He enjoyed it.
I slowly looked up at him and he looked down at me.
His eyes flashed from mine, to my lips. I did the same.
He slowly leaned in so I did as well.
Our lips met and it was perfect. Light as a feather, yet so powerful.
We pulled away and stared at each other.
"I missed you too." He whispered.
I bit my lip and kissed him again.
"They told me that you were gonna forget me." I gulped.
"Who? I could never forget you y/n. You're pretty much the love of my life."
I smiled. "I love you Jack Dylan Grazer." I pushed my lips against his once more.
"Good. Cause I'm in it for the long haul."
