As any new mother, I was so nervous about going to back to work, I was nervous about putting my gym wear again since our daughter was born. I spent ages looking at myself in the mirror in my sports bra and leggings running my hands done my stomach and over my stretch marks, as a new mom you often feel self-conscious about your body, things aren't toned still got a bit of baby weight still . While me and Phillip went out with our daughter before I went to work I didn't realise there was a note on the back of my napkin until I got back into our car. This simple thing like this changed my mind set. I love you
