[Outside Ajumma's Haemul Soup,
1:00 p.m.]
This day was a particularly cold day so Jungkook dressed up in warm clothes - black turtleneck shirt, black pants, black boots and a black down jacket, not forgetting to wear the black hoodie he had chosen as an extra inside. He had just received instructions via message to wait for his date outside this particular seafood soup restaurant for his date, so that was exactly what he did. His date soon arrived minutes later, wearing white skinny jeans, brown boots and the same black hoodie Jungkook was wearing, which helped Jungkook identify that she was his partner. Otherwise, he would not have been able to tell because his partner had very wittily covered her face with the hood while walking towards Jungkook.
Mystery Partner: Guess who am I?
She even muffled her voice so much that it was hard for Jungkook to guess. Jungkook laughed.
Jungkook: Judging by height, it's either Yoojung-ie or Jieun-noona.
Mystery Partner: I'm Yoojung-ie, Jungkook-oppa.
Jungkook laughed.
Jungkook: Alright, take off your hood. I know you're Jieun-noona.
Jungkook's mystery partner took off her hood and Jieun's familiar pale face peaked out from under the hood. She frowned.
Jieun: How did you know it's me!
Jungkook laughed.
Jungkook: Yoojung calls herself Yoodaeng so...
Jieun frowned.
Jieun: And how do you know that?
Jungkook smiled.
Jungkook: Well, I walked past her room once and overheard her doing aegyo to Byulyi-noona. It was quite a sight.

V: Wait... she did? I wanna see!
Eana: Me too!
A clip of Yoojung recorded a few nights ago played in the studio plays. The panelists watch on with amused looks on their faces as Yoojung tries to carry out the hamburger aegyo on Byulyi, her roommate. "Yoodaeng-ie wants to eat a hamburger!" she tried countless of times as Byulyi gave her pointers to work on everytime. Jungkook walked past their room and tried not to burst into laughter in the clip. The panelists all laugh at this hilarious scene.
Jongshin: What are they even trying to do?
V: Why's she working on her aegyo? Who's she gonna show it to, eh?
A cheeky smile stretches across V's face.
J-Hope: She really does call herself "Yoodaeng-ie" though. But for Jungkook-ssi to notice it and remember, that's pretty impressive.
[Outside Ajumma's Haemul Soup,
1:05 p.m.]
Jieun's face fell slightly.
Jieun: Ah, I see.
Jungkook looked up and read the signboard of the shop.
Jungkook: "Ahjumma's Haemul Soup". You like seafood soup?
Jieun smiled.
Jieun: Yeah! I love fish and seafood in general. What about you?
Jungkook grinned.
Jungkook: I come from Busan - all we do is eat seafood.
[Ajumma's Haemul Soup, 1:15 p.m.]
Jungkook and Jieun settled down in the restaurant not long later and had ordered a huge pot of seafood stew, some raw fish, seafood pancake and rice at a side. The food looked amazing. They dug into the food, exclaiming at how good the food tasted.
Jungkook: This actually tastes almost as good as what we get back in Busan - how did you discover this place!
Jieun smiled.
Jieun: I'm glad you like the food here. My mom actually brought me here more than ten years ago, when I was younger.
Jungkook laughed.
Jungkook: Ah... help me thank your mom then!
The smile on Jieun's face disappeared almost immediately. She kept quiet, but Jungkook seemed to notice.
Jungkook: Why? Is there anything wrong?
Jieun bit her lip slightly.
Jieun: Well... my dad and mom separated a few years ago. I followed my dad so now, I barely have any contact with my mom...
Jieun looked at the floor, a blank look on her face. Jungkook did not know what to do.
Jungkook: Jieun-noona...
He reached across the table and patted her on the shoulder gently.
Jungkook: Don't be sad alright? Things like these happen in life and it's alright to get sad about it, but don't let them bring you down... okay? You look prettier when you smile.

Eana: Woah... I've never said this, but those words were like the best words you can tell a girl when she's sad.
RM: Really?
Eana nods, her mouth still open due to being impressed by Jungkook's skills.
Eana: Yeah. Acknowledge their problems, console them then compliment them. I mean, it works for me anyway.
Jongshin: Oh- I should take notes.
Eana: What Beats me is how he has only been in one relationship and he's this good. Plus, he's young.
Sangmin grins.
Sangmin: Something don't come with age - you're just naturally born with it.
[Ajumma's Haemul Soup, 1:20 p.m.]
Evidently, what Eana said was true for Jieun too because soon after Jungkook said those words, she looked up from the floor at Jungkook, looking much better than she did moments ago. She smiled at Jungkook.
Jieun: Thank you, Jungkook. I'm really sorry about that.
Jungkook smiled as he reached for the ladle and Jieun's bowl to scoop some soup for her.
Jungkook: Don't mention it. We all have things we get sad about. Drink some of this- it'll make you feel better, noona.
Jieun smiled at Jungkook gratefully, a slight twinkle in her eyes.

Jongshin: Doesn't it seem like, whoever Jungkook-ssi goes on a date with, the girl will have her heart flutter at least a couple of times?
V nods.
V: Sure seems so. It must be his insane manners. How can he do such gentlemanly things so effortlessly?
RM: For him, it must be in his DNA. Either that, or he was trained by his parents since young.
[Ajumma's Haemul Soup, 1:25 p.m.]
Jieun hesitated.
Jieun: You know what- could you possibly drop the honourifics?
Jungkook looked at Jieun hesitantly.
Jungkook: Really...? How could I-
Jieun smiled at Jungkook reassuringly.
Jieun: Instead of "Jieun-noona", call me "Jieun" or something else. Whatever makes you feel more comfortable.
Jungkook thought hard.
Jungkook: Could I call you "Eun-nim"?
Jieun laughed.
Jieun: Alright, fine. If that's what you're comfortable with. "Eun-nim" sounds cute too. Ah, I like it.
Jungkook chuckled.
Jungkook: Let's eat, Eun-nim!
Jieun giggled.
Jieun: Sure- Kook-nim!

V: "Kook-nim" and "Eun-nim"!
Sangmin: Eyyy... this couple's cute too...
Jongshin: Bro- I've had enough of that statement - we keep calling every couple cute! Can we all just make up our mind and support one couple only like V-ssi does?
V makes a 'V' hand sign upon hearing his name. Sangmin shakes his head.
Sangmin: Nope- I refuse to conform to societal norms. I can ship YooKook, YooMin, EunKook, YoonByul, SeokByul, YoonRan and as many couples as I want. Even YoonJi.
J-Hope screeches.
J-Hope: Wait- did you just say YoonMin? As in- Yoongi and Jimin?
Sangmin laughed.
Sangmin: YoonJi as in Yoongi and Jieun.
RM shot J-Hope a dirty smile.
RM: What have you been reading... J-Hope-ssi?
J-Hope laughs and his face turns slightly red.
J-Hope: N-no...nothing.
The panelists eye him suspiciously.
[Jieun's Clothes Shop, 2:30 p.m.]
After a very satisfying lunch, Jieun brought Jungkook to her clothes shop which was just around the corder. "Jieun's Clothes" - the signboard read, flashy blue letters on a plain white wood background, blinking lightbulbs lining the sides of the signboard. It was a small little boutique at a small alley, but it was hard to miss if you walked past the area because of how eye-catching the signboard was. When they walked in, the shop interior was white and pine wood themed - very cafe-like and little neat rows of clothing organised by different colour schemes filled each corner. It was very aesthetically-pleasing indeed. Jungkook's mouth fell open.
Jungkook: This is like... the most aesthetically-appealing shop I've ever seen. And you're saying you designed this place yourself?
Jieun laughed.
Jieun: Excuse me, I'm a designer too - I design clothes, but I can't be that bad at designing a shop too right?
Jungkook sighed.
Jungkook: I wish I brought my camera - this would be such a nice place to shoot.
Jieun beamed.
Jieun: You really think so?
Jungkook was still busy admiring the signboard but turned to Jieun and nodded earnestly.
Jungkook: Yeah, I do.
Jieun winked.
Jieun: That's why - I've prepared something for you, for our next date course. Come on in.
Jieun gestured towards a tiny door at the side of the shop with a grin. Jungkook followed her carefully, looking really confused.
