A.J's P.O.V.
The wedding was cool I guess but I was hungry as fuck.
In the midst of the silence my stomach started to growl erratically.
Jordan looked over at me and started to chuckle.
"Shut up." I whispered.
But then my stomach growled again even louder.
People started to turn their heads towards me and I pretended like I didn't know who was making the noise.
Jordan was turning red from holding in his laughter and I felt another growl coming so I grabbed his arm and pulled him all the way outside with me.
Then he let it all out.
"Oh grow up." I stated.
"That was the best thing ever." He replied.
"Cassidy's gonna bitch at us for walking out early." I said. "But there was no way I was staying in there any longer to let everyone hear my food deprived ass stomach."
"Why didn't you eat anything before you left the house?"
"Because I wasnt hungry! But now... I regret everything."
A short Hispanic guy wearing battered down clothes as if he'd been cooking or something attempted to walk past us and into the building.
"Are you here for the wedding?" Jordan asked.
"Oh no but I-"
"Well there's a wedding going on right now. It'd be a little rude for you to just barge in." I responded.
"No i have to-"
"Can it wait? Whatever it is you have to do?" Asked Jordan.
"Listen my name is Hector and I need to know where to-"
"I don't care what your name is. You can wait." I interrupted.
"No you don't understand. I close in less than-"
"Dude just leave. We don't need you distracting from the wedding." Jordan said.
"But they need-"
"They don't need anything. They're fine." He cut him off again.
"They don't?" Hector asked.
"Nope." I replied. "Everything's under control."
He shrugged his shoulder's then walked back to his car. Leaving soon after.
We heard voices and clapping from the inside letting us know that the wedding was over.
We held the doors open for people to come out and each got a smack in the head by Cassidy and Lindsay.
"Ouch!" Jordan exclaimed.
"What was that for?" I followed up, holding the back of my head.
"Leaving early." They said simultaneously.
"Stupid." Jordan mumbled.
"What?" Cassidy asked.
"I didn't even say anything..." He replied as he bucked at her.

Jordan's P.O.V.
The reception party was at a completely different place.
The place was huge and piqued my interest so I decided to explore it a bit.
Down the hall from where the party was happening there was a huge ass bar.
I walked in and was greeted by a large, burly, loud and rowdy white guy that was the bartender.
"What can I get for you today young man!?" He asked/screamed.
"Nothing. I'm just venturing around." I replied.
"Sure you don't want anything? A bottle of Corona? Bud?"
"I hate Budweiser. And I'm not really in the mood for a Corona."
"Oh come on men are ALWAYS in the mood for a Corona."
"I'll pass."
"Not even gonn-"
"I SAID I'll pass." I reiterated. "Jesus Christ."
"Hey!" I heard someone call out from behind me.
I turned and saw a redhead approaching.
"Are you Jordan?"
"Yea?"
"Cassidy sent me to come get you. She knew you'd be here. Anyways, Julie and Jack are about to get ready to cut the cake."
"Already?"
"Apparently." She replied. "Come on, I dont wanna miss this. I'm sure Hector's already brought it by now."
Everything around me froze.
My face went from casual to holy fucking shit.
This was bad.
"You...ok?" She asked.
"Uh yea I uh- I'm fine."
She wasn't convinced but she let it go.
I followed her back to the party room where everyone had already sat down at the tables.
I wanted to tell AJ the horrifying news I'd just been told but Julie's mom rushed me to take a seat so I sat in the first seat I could find.
A man rolled out a cart with a extremely tall lid on top of a flat pan.
He placed the cart at the front of the room so that everyone could see.
Julie and Jack walked up to the cart smiling from ear to ear then turned to face us.
"Okay so before I unveil the cake I just wanna give a HUGE thank you to my good friend and his crew who spent 6 hours making this cake as perfect as possible. Unfortunately he's not here tonight but I wanted to thank him anyway. So thank you Hector."
I looked towards AJ who was a few tables behind me and his face told me that he knew we had fucked up.
After his moment of realization he looked over at me and mouthed "What do we do?"
I shrugged my shoulders and mouthed back "I dont know. But we have to think fast." I was pretty much panicking at that point.
"So lets see how this gorgeous cake turned out shall we?" Julie said.
She placed her hand on the handle to the lid and began to lift it.
Suddenly AJ jumped out of his seat and yelled:
"OH MY GOD ITS CHANNING TATUM!"
Julie dropped the lid so that it fell back down and fiercely glanced around the room with the tons of other girls also searching for Channing Tatum.
"Where is he?!?!" She asked jumping in excitement.
"Uh, he uh- HE WENT THAT WAY!" AJ replied as he pointed at the doors leading to the hallway.
I kid you not, every girl in the room jumped up and ran out the doors.
Even Julie.
I ran up to AJ.
"Channing Tatum?! Really Aiden?!"
"I PANICKED!"
"It doesn't even matter at this point. Those girls are gonna spend at least 20 minutes searching before they realize he's not actually here. That gives us enough time to try to get in contact with Hector. Come on."
If we managed to pull this off that'd be a miracle.

Cassidy's P.O.V.
After all the girls finished fussing at J and Aiden for lying about Channing Tatum, we ate cake.
That cake was good as hell.
Lindsay and Journey kept sneaking in the cake, eating more and more everytime people turned their back away from it.
I swear they were the epitome of pregnant women.
The reception party was really fun.
I had a blast.
My favorite part was when we played kiddie games like musical chairs.
Rome and Jack ended up being the last two and Rome ultimately won telling Jack to, and I quote, "Suck it!", afterwards.
"Okay guys..." Julie began after we got done with the games. "Before we finish the night out with dancing and drinks, its time for the bouquet toss!"
All the girls shrieked... Including me, Lindsay and Journey.
We all gathered in a circle which was a huge circle considering there were about 80 girls.
The guys all went towards the back wall to stay away from the impending chaos that was about to take place.
I was determined to catch that bouquet.
I was so determined that I was willing to tackle any girl that even came close to catching it.
Julie walked in front of all of us with a beautiful bouquet.
"Good luck." She said to all of us with a smile.
She turned so that her back was facing us then prepped.
"1...."
She began.
"2...."
My eye were on the bouquet. I was ready.
"3!!!"
We all jumped, waiting to see the bouquet fly into the air.
But it didn't.
Instead she turned out and giggled as we all laughed as well.
Then she walked up to me and placed the bouquet in my hands.
I was so confused.
She smiled and took a step back as she clasped her hands together in excitement.
Then River walked towards me...
Once he was directly in front of me he smiled...
And got down on one knee.
He grabbed my hand and reached into his pocket to pull out a box, opening it to reveal a gorgeous diamond ring.
I put my hands over my mouth in absolute shock.
I began to tear up.
"Cassidy Janette Monroe, when I met you, I knew it was only a matter of time until we arrived at this moment. I chose you and I'll choose you over and over and over again without pause, without doubt, and in a heartbeat. How this moment turns out is all in your hands. Would you make me the happiest man in the world and marry me?"
I couldn't even speak I was crying so hard.
I nodded my head and smiled attempting to stop the tears but it was impossible.
He giggled at my hystericalness and placed the ring on my finger.
I couldn't believe this was happening.
He kissed me then held me as I cried like a baby.
"I told you I'd do it. I meant it." He whispered. "I love you more than you could ever imagine."
"I love you so much River Carson." I managed to say through the tears.
At that point I wasn't sure if I was crying because I was happy he finally proposed or if I was happy because he FINALLY talked to me after a week of giving me the silent treatment.
I didn't care though because either way....
I was happy.
