Lindsay's P.O.V.

"We are not naming our son Tarzan." I said to Max for the 2000th time.

"I think its a cool name."

"Max... No."

"Nunca me dejaste elegir nada. Siempre somos yo yo yo." He said with a mocking tone.

"Don't start talking Spanish just because you're mad at me and you know I can't understand you."

"That's the point." He replied. "What about Hogan?"

"Hogan? Like Hulk Hogan? Max stop."

"OH MY GOD." He fell out on the floor in frustration which made me laugh. He was such a kid.

"I was thinking something like Martin." I said.

He fake gagged and sat up. "Ew. No."

"Its better than Hogan! Who the hell names their kid Hogan!?"

"Fine. How about we compromise. His name can be Hogan Martin."

We both stared at eachother for the longest time then bursted out laughing.

"Okay maybe that isn't the best idea." He said. "Lets just combine the two... Mogan. There."

"That's still stupid Max."

But then that gave me an idea.

"Omg how about Morgan???"

He sat still, processing the name, then smiled.

"Morgan it is."

There was a knock on the door.

"I got it." He said.

"Good I wasn't about to get up anyway." I mumbled.

Seconds later River walked into the living-room and sat on the couch across from me.

"What's got you down?" Max asked as he sat next to me and across from River.

"More like who." River solemnly replied.

"Cass?" I asked.

He simply nodded his head.

"What happened?" Asked Max.

"Apparently I'm still just a horny bastard that couldn't keep my dick in my pants if my life depended on it."

"Oh fuck." I laughed. "Cassidy said that to you?"

"Babe." Max said. "That's not funny."

"Oh right. Sorry." I apologized though kept laughing to myself.

"She said it as she walked out of the house earlier."

"Why would she say that though?" Max questioned.

"According to Allison, she and I had sex last week."

"Damn. Did you?" I asked.

River looked at me unamused. "Yes. We did."

"Okay no need to get sarcastic with me. I was just asking." I stated.

"And Cassidy believes Allison?" Max continued.

"Yep. Didn't even ask me if it was true or not. Allison said it, Cassidy believed it, and I had no say in the matter whatsoever."

"But did you tell her that it didn't happen?"

"Yep."

"Are you lying?" I asked.

River looked at me again.

"Can you please get your pregnant ass up and leave?"

Max started chuckling.

"Its not funny Max." I retorted. "And I was just asking because you've lied to her before."

"Once."

"It still counts. And it was a HUGE lie."

"Okay Lindsay but I'm not lying now. I haven't even done so much as wink at a girl in months."

"But have you had sex with a girl recently?"

"Are you deliberately trying to piss me off? I swear you're the most annoying thing I've ever met."

"Hey just because you're in your feelings and I'm pregnant doesn't mean I won't grab a lamp and beat the hell out of you with it."

"You hit me with another lamp and I'm gonna clock your ass in the head with this fucking pillow."

"Okay enough you two." Max laughed. "Lindsay, call Cassidy and tell her to come over. I'll finish talking to River."

I bucked at River as I passed by him and he rolled his eyes.

Idiot.

Cassidy's P.O.V.

I pulled up to Max's and Lindsay's house after getting a call from Linds asking me to come over.

She met me at the door and invited me in.

"Before you go into the livingroom I have to tell you that River's here." She said.

"What?!" I whispered/yelled at the same time. "No! I don't wanna talk to him! I don't even wanna see him! Why do you think I've been running around all day?!"

"Okay you're gonna have to see him eventually so man up and come on."

"I don't know I was honestly thinking about just moving out and becoming a hobo. I hear its not as bad as everyone thinks."

"Cassidy shut up and come on." She grabbed my hand and pulled me into the living-room I tried to resist but she was at least 10x's stronger than me.

When River saw me he smiled. "Hey beautiful."

I ignored him and sat next to Max.

Lindsay sat next to River and they rolled their eyes at eachother.

"So are you gonna listen to what I have to say now or are you just gonna distrust me and keep accusing me of doing something that my ex told you I did?" He asked.

"She might be your ex but she's never lied to me like you have."

"She just lied to you last night though."

"No she told me the truth about you."

"No she didn't because the shit never happened!" He snapped.

"Why are you getting angry?"

"Because you're taking her fucking word over mine! Why do you think I smiled at you and walked away when you asked me about it earlier?! Its because I'm sick and tired of you not trusting me! And what pisses me off even more is the fact that you didn't even ask me if it happened or not! You just believed every damn word she said! What I had to say didn't seem to matter to you!"

"That's because you played me when we first started dating! You're the reason why my trust in you is fading! That's why I believe Allison!"

"No you believe Allison because you want to not because you think its the truth. You constantly paint me as this cheating, manipulative, coldhearted, compulsive liar and I'm not. When it comes to you I'm always the bad guy for some reason! I tell a guy off for cat calling you in public and its 'You're so aggressive you need to stop!" I punch a guy for grabbing your ass and its 'He didn't mean it to be disrespectful! Stop being so violent!" I put my fucking life on the line to keep you and my kids safe from Mark and its 'You're so selfish for not thinking about how hard it would be on us if we lost you!' Well have you ever thought about how hard it would be on me if I lost anyone else? I can't afford to go through that again! With everything that's been going on you still choose to believe Allison over me. This is supposed to be me and you not me, you, and Allison. Stop labeling me as the bad guy."

"I'm not labeling you as the bad guy! I just know your habits! I can't put all of my trust into you when I know there are still secrets you're keeping from me!"

"What secrets!?"

"Oh I don't know maybe that you were an abusive husband at one point in time. Taking your anger out on Allison because you can't seem to control it for shit."

He looked at me as if I had lost my mind.

"What are you talking about?"

His tone was calm now.

"She told me how you've hit her. On multiple occasions."

"Oh great. Now she's lying about me hitting her."

"Lying? River she was crying while she was telling me!"

"I've never hit a woman in my life. Ever."

"Cassidy." Max began. "I'm calling bs on that one too. River wouldn't put his hands on a woman."

"As much as I don't like him at times..." Lindsay added. "I don't think he'd do that either. I've swung a lamp at his head at least 3 times and he's never retaliated aggressively."

"Why would she just make that up?! I can't believe you guys are taking his side! You've seen him get angry before! You know that when he loses his temper he doesnt care who he hits! Man or woman!"

"I've never hit a woman." He repeated. "I would never hit a woman."

"Even if I did believe you that still doesnt let you out of the clear! What about the message you sent her? The 'I miss you'. Are you gonna tell me that she somehow faked the message and that you didn't send it!?"

"No. I did send it. I was stressed that night but you weren't helping me. You were just complaining about how late I work and how I never have time for anything. I lost 3 patients that day. Two of them were under 15 and the other one was a guy I grew up with. I had a lot going on and no one to talk to. Allison always asked me how my day was when I got home. She always sat down next to me on the couch and talked to me when I was stressed. That's why I texted her. I missed having someone to help me with situations like that. Now all I have is a girl that I'm in love with who refuses to trust me. And that hurts more than anything."

I was at a loss for words.

It was then that i realized just how wrong I was.
