Vikk's POV
I was so warm in his arms. Regardless of the fact we are both skinny as fuck. But it didn't matter. He made me happy and that's all that bothered me. I looked up at him as we watched the movie. He seemed to be really enjoying it. His eyes transfixed on the screen ahead of us. I couldn't help but smile at him as I shifted slightly beside him. Causing him to look down at me and tighten his grip around my waist.
"Sorry I was really enjoying it. I didn't even think about you."
"It's ok. I know what it's like to relax after a stream."
"It's not even that. I haven't watched a movie in a while."
"Really? Well I hope your enjoying what your watching."
"Yeah. I'd say I'm enjoying the view."
I smiled as I looked up at him. And saw him looking at me. I felt my cheeks start to heat up a little and I giggled to myself.
"Your cute like that. Remind me to make you blush and smile whenever I can."
"No guarantee's"
"Aww why? I like it when you smile. It's Adorable."
"I'm still worried about Michael you know."
"Yeah I know. I'm worried as well. But for tonight."
He leaned down and our lips met. The feeling, The sensation was amazing.
"Tonight. He has Lachlan with him. Right? And you said he was asking for him. So I think he will be fine."
"Yeah I know. I'm glad you decided to come over."
"Well. I could either chill and relax at home. Or I could chill and relax with the cutest little Indian boy I could think of."
"What? Who is this guy. I'll fight him."
"You sound like Caitlin when you say that. It's cute. Because neither of you can fight."
"I can fight."
"No you can't. You wouldn't be able to bring yourself to throw a punch."
I looked up at him and tried my best to look angry. Causing him to start laughing at me. Which then lead me to start to giggle and then I lost it. Damn him. He was way too fucking cute.
"I'm glad I decided to come over now."
"I'm glad Simon let you in."
"Why?"
"JJ is with his girlfriend. Josh and Caitlin are across the hall. Lachlan is with Michael down stairs. Simon..."
"Is a lonely little Internet troll that needs to get his dick wet."
I couldn't help but let out a roar of laughter. It was instant. I watched him giggle to himself.
"Not even I was expecting that."
I lay in his arms and closed my eyes. I felt him move under me and the TV go silent. He lay down properly and faced me. I rolled over to face him and kissed him gently. He kissed me back softly.
"Good night Vikk. We will see how it goes ok? Either way. I'm still here."
"Good night Christian."
Liam's POV
"Liam I still need the burger."
"Yeah I know I'm making it now. Where the fuck is Tabitha?"
"I don't know. Fuck it. It's just us for an hour. You right out there?"
"Yeah I'm fine. Just might be a bit slow on burger station. You know what I'm like."
"Yeah I know. Hang on."
I hated working here now. Michael wasn't here anymore. The fucking bastard pissed off to another country. With my wife. The nerve I swear.
"Liam. Large classic burger."
"Chips in a minute. Burger coming now."
"Still fillets in the chutes?"
"Yeah one left. I'll have to drop more."
I made my way to the freezer and grabbed a couple of fillet pieces. Throwing them into the basket and dropping it. Pressing the button to start the timer.
"Burger coming now."
I made the burger correctly and wrapped it properly. Before handing it to Kim through the hopper. Pulling up the chips as I did. Salted. Then boxed them in a large container. I could feel myself getting faster at this job. But I can't lie. My best friends are in England. Well almost all of them. But I didn't want to stay here. But I couldn't leave Kim on her own. You could already see how she was changing with Michael not being here. She wasn't any slower. But you could see it in her eyes she missed him immensely. I couldn't tell her about what's been going on though. Caitlin had been keeping me up to date. I wished I was there with him. I miss that prick.
"Damn that prick."
"Alright Preston calm down."
"Haha very funny mum."
"Look I miss him as well. But we still have a job to do."
"Yeah I know."
"And only an hour and then we can go home ok?"
"Yeah. True."
One bad thing about Fast Food. Time feels like it goes really slow when you really need it to go fast. And it sucks. So much. But gotta keep my head up and ready to go.
Time Skip (But3 days in the past. Yeah.)
Finally for fuck sake. I was about ready to commit murder in this place. With Tabitha calling in sick that made me have to work another 2 hours to cover her shift. Granted more money for me but still.
"Alright Liam let's go."
"Wait we are leaving?"
"Remember Brian is on tonight. I don't have to worry about anything. And you know that as well."
I had been living with her since she got back from Britain. Basically to stop us both from going nuts being alone. But I needed to talk to her. We left the store and were on our way home. But how do I bring up the topic?
"So when are you going to move there?"
"What?"
"Don't act stupid. I know you want to go over there as well."
"I don't want to leave you here alone."
"I'll be fine."
"Will you?"
"I will probably just throw myself into the store. At least we don't have to worry about the bosses coming around and poking around any more."
"You are the boss now Kim."
"Exactly. Which is why I said I would throw myself into everything. I want you to get out of Australia. All your friends and everything are over in Britain. And I know Caitlin would let you stay with her."
"Yeah I know. I just don't really want to leave you on your own."
"Stop thinking about me. The store is fine. We have staff that can cover the days now. We don't even really need you there during the day. If you want to leave. I will help to organise it and get it done. So what do you want to do?"
I pulled out my phone not answering her straight away. 2 messages. Ok.
Caitlin – Hey Liam. How's mum going after her flights? Also how are you? I feel really bad now that your by yourself. Even though we have Skype I almost feel horrible that we can't bring you over here. I wish there was something we could do.
Liam – Hey Caitlin. Uh. I might be flying over. Mum said she was going to help me out with it. So I can only assume that the business has been going a lot smoother since she bought it and took over. Which makes me feel. Kind of good I guess.
Caitlin – Oh wow. Really. That would be amazing. Also let's be honest. You can stay with me. Because I'm not letting you go anywhere else.
Liam – Yeah I thought so.
"When's the next flight out?"
"The next flight? Fuck I haven't even packed or anything."
"Well then when we get home. Pack up your stuff and I can help out by sending the rest later if I need to."
"Are you absolutely sure?"
"Yes I'm sure. Now fuck off to your own country."
I couldn't help but laugh at her. She had such a way with words. (Mum would actually say that to him that's the funny part.)
Liam – When's the next available flight? I'm in the car on the way home at the moment.
Caitlin – I will have a look for you. I have the laptop as Josh is currently recording. It will give me something to do.
Liam – Thanks.
Ok. Time to message the other person.
Simon – Hey Liam. Uh. How are you feeling being over there. Like. Um. I don't really know. What to say really. I'm sorry. Just ignore me.
Liam – Simon I'm doing fine. Stop asking me. And It's ok. I don't understand why your so vague with me. I'm just like anyone else.
Simon – Yeah. Well. I mean. Your Michael and Caitlin's best friends. I don't want to you know. Make a bad impression.
Liam – Simon you have been saying that for months. It's fine ok?
It's funny. I had watched those guys long before Michael flew to Canada and met Vikk. So I already knew who he was. And the other boys. I had become close friends with Simon about 4 months ago. Then when I found out that Josh and Caitlin were together. Well it made me pretty happy.
Simon – I wish you were here. Apart from the fact it would be great to meet you. Just. You being there. I wish you were here with your friends as well.
Liam – I know mate. But I might be over there soon.
Simon – How long will you be staying?
Liam – Depends how long it takes for Caitlin to kick me out.
Simon – Wait your moving!
Liam – Yeah. I guess so.
"Are you talking to Simon?"
"Pft. no. What."
"Oh please I see the way your mood changes. He's really sweet in person to."
"Well. He's alright."
"Have you told him your moving over there?"
"Yes mum I just told him then."
"And?"
"I'd say he's excited. Oh. Caitlin got back to me. Uh. Next flight is in 7 hours. And I should get there at about 6 am their time."
"Ok. That's plenty of time to pack."
Time Skip back to present day.
Simon's POV
I opened the door and saw Liam standing there on the front step. He was only wearing pants and a t-shirt.
"Did you forget a jumper?"
"No. I didn't pack one. It's so hot in Australia that I completely forget it's way too fucking cold over here."
"Well then come in before you catch a cold. Don't want your first experience here to be shit."
I pulled him into the house and I couldn't help but have a massive smile on my face. I didn't believe him at first.
"How did you get here?"
"Lewis and Lizzie brought me over."
"Remind me to thank them."
"Why. I'm nothing special."
I pulled him into a hug. It was kind of weird having him here.
"I've barely been in the country a day and I've spent more time hugging people then I have breathed."
"Who picked you up?"
"Jack and Freya. She seems pretty cool. And Jack and I were throwing shit at each other the whole time anyway. But when we got back to Caitlin's I crashed. It's hard to sleep on a plane."
"When did you wake up?"
"About 3 hours ago. I had some food. Messaged Caitlin to find out what's going on with Michael. And how you guys all are. But when she said that everyone had someone and you were by yourself. Well. That was unfair. So I messaged Lewis and asked him I wanted to see everyone. I met Lizzie and she is really cool. I can see why she get's along with everyone so easily. Caitlin said they were all heading to sleep soon but you were still awake obviously."
"I couldn't sleep. Had too much on my mind."
"Naw. Anyway. Should I tell them I'm here?"
"I think we should wait until morning. Lachlan is with Michael and as far as I know. Finally got him to sleep properly. Plus Caitlin already knows your here. And Josh has had a pretty shit sleep schedule."
"Ok. So which couch do you want me to take?"
"That's a bit insulting."
"What?"
I saw him give me a sly grin. He knew exactly what he was doing. This is about to be fun having him here. But I started to get scared and nervous. Yeah he is here. But.
"Come on Simon I want to see the house. This place is huge."
"I'll show you around tomorrow ok? For now. I'm taking you up to my room."
"Do you normally show your interest your room before a first date?"
"Well considering you have never set foot in this country I'd say this is an exception."
I grabbed his hand and lead him up stairs. I had turned to go down the hall towards my room when I heard a door open behind me. Without even thinking I almost pushed Liam out of view.
"Simon what are you doing?"
"Hey Caitlin. Sorry If I woke you up."
"It's fine what's going on?"
I can't lie to her. I've known her way too long.
"Please don't be angry at me."
"Why would I be angry Si?"
"Well I mean. You could be angry at him. But then again I don't know how that would really sit well with the others. Seeing as two gay couples are already in the house."
Her eyes went wide when Liam walked out and stood there. She wanted to scream so bad. I grabbed her arm and brought her into my room as well. So much for quiet.
"Liam what the fuck are you doing here? I thought I said I was going to bring you over tomorrow."
I sat on the edge of the bed with Liam on the floor. Caitlin stood over us both. I put my head down and I honestly felt ashamed and selfish.
"You two know each other don't you? Why didn't you tell me this is amazing. It saves us from introductions."
"Your... Not mad?"
"No. Simon why the fuck would I be angry. This is fucking cute. And also Liam with you being here it might help Michael out as well seeing a familiar face."
"A familiar Australian face."
"You guys have been friends for years."
"I can't tell the others yet."
"Can't tell them what?"
"That I invited him here. That I wanted him to be here. I just."
"Firstly Simon when was the last time you were this bloody nervous. Secondly. Don't worry about the boys they won't care. Thirdly. I'll say I invited him over last night after everyone went to bed in order to surprise everyone including Michael. And Fourthly, Just say you offered your bed because we didn't really have anywhere else for him."
"You make it seem so easy."
"No she has just always had a good idea of when to bullshit her way through everything."
"Shut up Liam."
"Fair enough. Well. He is here. And I don't want him to go. Not yet."
"Simon. Your cute when your nervous."
"He's alright."
"Liam for fuck sake your so non chalant about everything."
"No I'm just being a dick. He is beautiful. And one of my closest friends. Aside from you guys. And Lewis. And Jack. Freya and Lizzie are ok."
"Oh. You don't know. Freya and Josh use to date."
I heard him start to piss himself laughing.
"And now. Your with Josh. While she is with Jack. Oh fuck that's hilarious."
"Shh. I don't want to wake anyone up. Especially Vikk. He's really moody when he doesn't sleep."
"Alright well I'm going to get back to bed. I'll see you guys tomorrow. Just come down when your ready. Ok?"
"Ok. Night Caitlin."
She walked out as Liam said goodbye. He looked up at me. While he was still laying on the floor. Before he got up and took off his shoes and lay down on the bed next to me. I fell to my side and got comfy. He put an arm over me and pulled me closer to him.
"I always thought because of my height and shit that I would be the one holding someone."
"That may be true. But your the nervous one. The worried one. And right now. I think you need to grow up. They won't mind. IF anything they would be thrilled. And besides. I don't care about what gender you are. You make me smile and happy. I barely care what you look like. The only thing that matters to me is your personality and what's on the inside. And honestly. I feel like I struck gold."
"Your fucking adorable you know that. Alright. Goodnight Liam."
"Good night Simon."
