-----ON ONE'S POV-----
When they arrived at sports city, they quickly went to one of the rooms in the stadium. Supposedly only heroes are allowed in. Where they can relax and take a break off their shift while the other heroes take over for them. (Y/n) sat on the couch patiently waiting for Aizawa to come out of the bathroom where he said he was going to change into his hero costume. Heroes offered her food from the table. Since it was lunch time they had a buffet set up and a snack bar at the side with chips and other store bought foods for those who were craving. (Y/n) only took some but it wasn't anything from the buffet. Just some candy for later and a pack of fried cornick for snacks.
(I tried some and it tastes pretty good)
She hid it in her pouch then sat back waiting for her sensei.
"Alright. Lets go." Aizawa said from behind her. She stood up and nodded.
"Alright then." Aizawa said leading the way.
"Hey! Erased head!" One hero called out. He was standing beside the buffet. "You haven't eaten yet. Come join us in this buffet!" He invited.
"No thanks we planned to eat outside today." Aizawa said back.
"Awe. Well alright then." He smiled.
Aizawa then looked away and started walking out the door with (y/n) following quietly behind him.
"Did you take anything?" Aizawa asked glancing back at his student.
"Just a pack of fried cornick and some candy for snacks later on the road." (Y/n) said smiling cheekily.
Aizawa chuckled slightly then continued walking.
"Where did you guys plan on meeting up again?" Aizawa asked once they got outside.
"The dango shop." She said.
They continued walking on on the pavement, the stalls and small shops becoming more and more visible. The are was still crowded by people wearing different fan shirts to support their favorite team.
"Tsuneki!" A voice called out from the crowd and ran towards the girl with a happy and excited expression.
"Nagisa!" She exclaimed upon seeing him. Then Nagisa tackled her into a hug. He pulled away and looked at her with a pout.
"We thought you bailed!" He sniffed making the girl feel guilty. She looked up and say the other three walking towards her with a smile.
"Sorry! I just had some errands to run." She smiled scratching the back of her neck smiling apologetically at them.
"It no problem. Eren was sort of busy anyways." Makoto said. Nagisa got off her and rejoined his teammates.
"Oh well.." she shrugged.
"Since you're here. Lets go somewhere to eat?" Rei asked looking at (y/n) and
Aizawa.
(Y/n) looked at Aizawa for confirmation.
"Yeah sure." He said shrugging.
She then turned back to them smiling.
"Great what are you guys in the mood for?" Makoto asked.
"Mackerel." Haru said staring at his friend intensely.
"Haru no!" He said almost sounding like he was whining. "They have to pick."
Haru turned to (y/n), staring at her with the same level of intensity. "Mackerel."
Makoto quickly pulled him away. "Haru!"
"Oh! there's this shop that sells "rock" and "hopping" bread, which is bread with strawberry jam, marmalade, and chocolate on top." Nagisa said with a big smile on his face. "They also sell strawberry short cakes!"
Nagisa's idea for lunch made (y/n) look at him with a sweetdrop- no sweatdrop. Damn it Nagisa.
"Don't encourage him Nagisa!" Makoto whined still holding Haru back.
Rei pulled Nagisa back then turned to face (y/n) straightening his glasses. "Please don't mind Nagisa it's just what he eats."
"I see. I think i got cavities just by what he said." (y/n) commented making Rei chuckle.
"So, anything you want?"
She brought her hand under her mask where her chin was and thought. "I don't know. Do they that ramen here?"
"Ramen?"
She smiled apologetically. "Its what me and my brother used to eat."
"Ramen it is."
(Im gonna skip the whole lunch scene and get straight to business)
'I think im regretting putting a mask under another mask..'
(y/n) Thought to her self as they left the picnic table. The ramen was good but she still thought that Teuchi's was better. It could have been because it was better or because she ate too much of Teuchi's ramen that she's become addicted to it and now she cant go out eating other ramen without looking for the other one...
(Y/n) Shook her head dismissing the random thought she had.
"Meow." She look down at Gray and picked him up.
"How was your mackerel?" She asked.
"Meow." Gray said looking at her with gleaming eyes as his tail swayed.
"I should hope so. You and Haru looked happy." She chuckled. Now thinking about it Haru reminded her of a really friendly cat. Who also loves water? Maybe not a cat.. She hummed at thought and placed Gray on her shoulder. Gray then moved into her scarf, disappearing once again under the red cloth.
"Alright. Let's go?" Aizawa asked them.
They nodded in agreement and so the walked to their next destination with Aizawa leading them and (y/n) following close behind.
"Was he always under your scarf?" Rei pointed out after seeing Gray snuggle under the girl's scarf.
"Yeah." She said smiling glancing at Rei.
"How does a big cat like him disappear?" Nagisa asked in wonderment.
"Magic-" (y/n) said jokingly while doing jazz hands making the short blonde pout is disappointment.

They entered a rather bigger stadium than yesterday. This one housed six volleyball courts with a fairly large space between them. "What are we doing here?" (y/n) asked.
"My cousin is playing at the moment." Nagisa said pointing at a group in one of the courts below. "Check it out! Look!" He pulled (y/n) and pointed at the team wearing black and orange. Nagisa then took a breath in. "GO HINATA!!" He yelled surprising everyone. Just as Nagisa yelled a boy from the courts who was running to the middle, jumping in order to spike the ball was startled. He managed to hit the ball but when he landed back on the ground he almost hit the net that separated the two teams.
(shhhhh i know i know but they almost look the same to me.. same smol bois with big energy)
The referee who stood beside the net, outside court whistled indicating that the boy or Shoyo was well in the court and was safe making the whole team sigh in relief. He maybe small but he's a jumper... like the jumping spider? (Y/n) Chuckled lightly. Shoyo turned to look at his cousin who was waving his hand up high standing on his tip toes.
"NAGISA!!" Shoyo yelled waving back with excitement jumping up and down which in turn made Nagisa excited and jump as well.
"Nagisa!" Makoto said pulling Nagisa down to stop him from jumping.
"OI! HINATA!" a teammate called, making the orange haired boy stop and smile at them apologetically.
"Sorry i got excited that my cousin is here!" He said over to Kageyama raising his hand giving him a thumbs up.
"We're in the middle of a game." He looked up and glared at the shorter male with an intimidating aura surrounding him. "Don't you dare lose focus." He said making Shoyo look away sweating nervously.
(WHY ARE ALL THE HAIKYUU GIFS TOO DAMN BIG?!)
The game continued on and they watched as Shoyo continuously jumped and spiked the ball, too fast for their opponents to react and counter his attack. For someone his size his consistency for jumping and spiking continuously was admirable but for (y/n) something like that was second nature to her, she was more focused on the dark haired setter. His aim and timing peaked her interest. His ability to quickly hand over the ball to Shoyo when he's jumping and his control over his force when he passes the ball. Too much or too less, his teammate would have missed the attack, it had to be just right.
"Enjoying (y/n)?" Aizawa asked seated beside her. She adverted her gaze from number 9 and looked at Aizawa smiling.
"Yeah! thanks again." He said nodding then turned back to watch the game.
He watched as (y/n) talked to the boys sitting on the other side from here he was. He could tell those boys were good and to see (y/n) sitting, conversing and laughing with them made him worry a little less. Of course he couldn't see from her mask but he could tell by listening to the chirpy tone in her voice that she was having fun. Maybe exposing (y/n) to the people in Musutafu little by little... maybe. Hopefully. He turned away and looked back at the game but still keeping a watchful eye for any villains who expose themselves.

After the game Nagisa basically pulled them to go down and see them.
"Nagisa they just finished the game let them get some rest at least!" Rei said but it seemed to pass through the blonde's head and continued to pull (y/n) anyway.
"They've been wanting to meet you!" He chimed looking at (y/n). "Even though they didn't believe the photo we sent saying we got a picture with you." He looked to the side pouting.
(y/n) who didn't fight back and let Nagisa pulled her away looked at the three following behind. "Eh.. Really?" She asked.
"Sadly." Makoto said giving up on trying to stop Nagisa.
"More or less. They took interest after watching you during the UA sports festival and tried to imagine who would be lucky enough to meet you first but when Nagisa showed them the picture they didn't believe him." Rei said.
"Eh?" She looked at them with a dumbfounded look.
"NAGISAAAAA!" A voice called out echoing in the hallway.
Nagisa stopped and looked behind him smiling widely.
"HINATAAAAA!" He said yelling too letting go of (y/n) running to the spiker from earlier. The two met half way and they grabbed each others hand started bouncing up and down excitedly exchanging words.
"You did amazing out there!" Nagisa said. "You where like! then like!" He said making a funny karate expression followed by a reenactment of number ten's spikes from the game earlier.
"Not really!" The other said smiling bashfully then the expression immediately changed just like Nagisa's, excited.
"You were the amazing one! You were swimming so fast yesterday! You make it look so easy!" The boy said looking over to his cousin with sparkles almost visibly appearing in midair.
"They're giving me cavities." (y/n) Said then the rest of the members of the swim club nodded agreeing with her statement.
"So, you actually did met her i thought you were bluffing." A taller male stepped forward. He has short blond hair, pale skin, thin eyebrows, and golden-brown eyes. He had a frown or a condescending smirk on his face. He tilted his head to the side looking at (y/n) through the holes of her mask. "Or is she just a fake? Considering she's wearing a mask."
"Hey of course im real. The hell? This is just part of my hero suit." She said to the taller male.
"Oh she does talk." He said looking surprised.
"Tsukki" Another male approached pulling him away, He had dark grayish-green hair with a flyaway piece of hair sticking up at the top.
She turned to Makoto. "How did you meet these group?" She asked annoyed with the first impression she got.
"Classmates from back then." he replied with slightly bothered smile. "And of course Nagisa's cousin."
"Yo Makoto! Haru!" Two people approached the olive haired male greeting them. One had the same color scheme but inverted from black and orange to orange and black. He wore the number four. The other had a shaved head with a widow's peak and sharp blue-grey eyes. Delinquent? They shook eachother's hands and gave a small hug. (Y/n) now losing the heart to make small talk she stepped back and stood beside Rei.
"Are they always like this?" She asked Rei.
"Almost. They're.." he paused looking at the volleyball team trying to come up with a better word for them. "A little rough at first but you'll get used to them.... One way or the other." He said readjusting his glasses watching the others make unusual gestures toward each other.
"You must be (y/n)? I heard you might be like Eren." One of the team members came up towards (y/n) with a warm smile. He had slightly thick eyebrows, light grey hair and hazel-brown eyes with a birthmark mole under his left eye. "Im Sugawara Koshi. You can call me Suga for short." (y/n) was taken back from his approach compared to Tsukishima, his was more easy to take in.
"Yeah that's me." She smiled from under the mask and rubbed the back of her neck.
"Well, you're in luck. We happened to bump into Eren earlier but they're probably scouting."
From behind him a petite, young girl with blonde hair that goes slightly past her chin and light brown eyes peeked and stared at her.
"Hi?" (y/n) waved awkwardly.
She jerked up and her eyes widened. "H-hi!" She said rather nervously startling (y/n).
"Uh. Are you okay?" She asked
"Yep!" The girl blurted out with a nervous smile.
(y/n) looked at the girl unsure about what she said. "This is Hitoka Yachi. She's one of our managers." Sugawara introduced. "Don't worry she's always nervous at first." he smiled.
"Oh.." maybe it was the mask. (Y/n) thought. She brought her hand to her mask and lifted it upwards letting it rest on her head. Yachi watched her intently. (y/n) then pulled her face mask downwards revealing her face to the girl.
"I don't know if this settles your nerves but it wouldn't hurt to try, right?" She smiled warmly at her offering her hand for a shake. Yachi instantly became flustered shakily reaching for (y/n)'s hand to shake.
"Pleasure to meet you..." She said stuttering.
(y/n) chuckled under her breath. "She can't help but blush when she sees a pretty face." A girl said bluntly walking up to us. She had shoulder-length black hair, grey eyes, and a distinct mole located on the lower left side of her chin. She also had glasses, with pink rims and bridge.
"W-what? Don't tell her!" Yachi whined becoming more flustered.
"Kiyoko Shimizu. Shes our other manager." Sugawara leaned in whispering to (y/n) while pointing at the girl with black hair.
"Wahhhh! She's prettier in person!" Ryunosuke said staring at (y/n) with his hand around Makoto's shoulder.
"Mhm!" Nishinoya nodded in agreement.
"How in the world did you 'just bumped into someone' like that?!" Ryunosuke asked motioning at (y/n).
"Trust me we just met in the convenience store." Makato said in a sigh.
"Im so jealous of Eren! You guys are giving the guy a date." Ryunosuke balled his fist looking upwards sniffing dramatically.
"What i'd do just to go on a date!" Nishinoya said copying his teammate.
Makoto sweat dropped watching the two. "It's not a date. We just thought she needed some support from us civilians letting her know that not all of us think or see her as a monster." Makoto said.
"Eh. true.." Nishinoya said dropping his hands down. "I remember Eren was just like that too."
"He almost went haywire and the people hated him. Good thing he was rescued though. Now he's one of the best aspiring soldiers out there!" Ryunosuke said.
Makoto looked at Haru who was staring at (y/n). Of course with Haru's usual blank expression, the only person who could guess what he's feeling and get it right was no other than Makoto himself. "Worried?" he asked.
Haru looked at Makoto then back at (y/n) who was laughing and talking with a smile as the rest of the team surrounded her.
"Looks like she get along pretty well with everyone." Makoto stated.
Haru only nodded in reply.
