A dog so Black that he could almost confuse it for a shadow.

The present is irrelevant, for down this road he feels it.
Pain.
Hate.
Sadness.
Disgust.
Fear.
All in one, as it all leads to nothing.
No emotion.
Nothingness incarnate.
Pointlessnes incarnate.
This road is not about him nor anyone else.
As every step he takes he can feel it all.
Every step he loses a piece of who he is, his humanity fading away slowly.
His soul being taken before his own eyes.
And he could do nothing.
As the dog up ahead carrying forward through it, as if it was nothing.
What was happening.
He did not know.
He did not understand.
And he was beginning to question if he even cared.

As fear had finally taken it's affect as his heart started beating fast.
His breath was quickening as he was losing it.
Death, why was it death, what had he done to for everything to want to kill him or just be rid of him.
He became a hero to do good, to do good for people, no, he tell a lie to himself.
That wasn't why.
He knew he did it for himself.
It just happened that he was also benefitting others.
Why ask a question that he already knew the answer too.
Because he didn't want to believe that this was his fate.
Death.
What the hell.
Strong enough to save the world but can't even save himself.
Top holy tier comedy, thats what that is.
This road with cracks and black dust, this dog with nothing better to do but walk, a destination that has nothing else interesting to it.
Fate is cruel, his fate is probably well deserved for the longest time he only lived for himself.
He made this deal for power.
Which his came with a price.
His humanity for unlimited strength.

As the black dog then ran full speed as saitama followed him as saitama tried to catch up with death but the best he could was keep up.
As the road lost all it's white as saitama has lost sight of the Black dog within the darkness as he himself was consumed by the darkness itself.
As he then came face to face with the symbole of Omega.
He had stood before himself all white as above a was a dragon of black.
A Dragon of Death for he had reached his destination.
His future death.
