you woke up wish corpse's arm lazily wrapped around your waist. normally when you wake up in the morning, corpse is already out of bed, doing something, but today was different.
the night before he told you he wanted to spend the whole day with you. you rolled over and gently pushed the curls out of his face, his nose scrunching up at the sudden touch.
his eyes slowly opened as eyes and looked over at you, a small smile grazing his lips.
you smiled and sat up, earning a soft groan from him. you looked back at him and raised a brow.
"what?" you asked softly.
corpse pouted playfully and pushed his head into the pillow, reaching his hand out to pull you back into bed. "just cuddle with me." he mumbled.
you let him pull you back to bed and smile softly. "you're a mess." you smiled and ran your hands through his hair.
corpse rolled his eyes softly and laid his head into the crook of your neck and hummed. "i'm your mess though." he smiled softly.
you nodded and kissed his head, wrapping your arms around his neck.
that valentine's day was uneventful but it was still amazing
